Brought my daughters car in to have an estimate done as a local bus had hit her parked car, very rude with no time for us. Very unfortunate, I used them a few years ago with very excellent customer service. I will never go back or recommend them.

The agent managing the repair of my vehicle ordered door panels that did not match the color of the originals in my car. In addition, ordering of parts took at least twice as long as quoted, while some parts were quoted at approximately $200 more per part than I could have purchased them for myself. The agent did not clearly communicate what work would be completed for the first portion of the job, and once the parts were received the actual repair took twice as many days as quoted. If I were to return to them to complete the repairs I had expected would be done today, it would likely entail another 3 to 6 weeks to get in parts, plus additional days in the shop. I cannot in any way recommend this business.

Great job, delivered a day earlier than expected and the price was lower than the next guy. I've been told, they are the best. They got my truck in in 3 days. The other one I went to was 4 weeks to get it in and they would keep 1/2 a week longer.

Unquestionably a first rate outfit.

Professional, friendly and competent. Unfortunately, we've had our vehicles needing body work multiple times over the last several years and Collision Pro has come through with high quality repairs on time every time. Would highly recommend. Thanks.
