  I’m so glad we called this place for our A/C issues! Our system stopped cooling and we had Jeremy over within 24hrs. I’m a (notorious) DIYer and got it running before he arrived, but he still performed a courtesy check of the system - quick, neat, professional. A month later, we had the same issue but for a new reason. Jeremy came back earlier than promised and had it blowing cold within 20mins - awesome service at an amazing rate. He even found my missing screwdriver! :)

  We love Crandalls heating and air. They answer the phone, have a quick response time and keep you in the loop through out the process. They are honest and fair. We enjoy working with them.

  Customer service was great! Technician was punctual, professional, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed my HVAC problem, and repaired it. Going forward I will be using this company. They most definitely put my fears to rest.

  Service and interaction was a 5 star. Just disappointed that the coil cleaning was not performed as perceived. Will have to schedule a separate appointment going into the holidays.

  We have used Crandall Heating & Air Inc. 3 times now for our HVAC issues and they come through every time. They fix the problem and keep us cool, or warm. We tried another company once who told us we needed to replace the system for thousands of dollars, but Crandall is fairly priced and repairs what's needed. We are so happy to have businesses like this around. Love you guys! You're the best.
