  I needed a screen replacement for my Samsung Galaxy A50e. I called ahead several days in advance to ask the store if they had the necessary parts in stock and was told that they did. Well, fast forward a couple days and I arrived at the store only to be told that they were out of stock and that it would be "a significant amount of time" before they were able to order more. Extremely frustrated with this location given that I went out of my way to drive here (I live 10+ miles away and there are several phone repair shops that are closer to me than this one) thinking that my screen repair was going to be a slam-dunk.

  Told them NOT TO FACTORY RESET my phone and did it any ways. Talked to the little manager and he then wanted to tell me I told his tech to do a factory reset. When I told the manager not to do a factory reset at all on my phone four times before leaving. I would not recommend going there. They do what they want and I when you ask them not to do something they do it any ways and want to tell you that you told them to do it. Sorry but very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER. If I could give them a negative star they don't deserve a star. That's one star is over rated. Very very UPSET. Next time I would just go though the insurance people. Thank you for the wast of my time and money. AND YOU BETTER BELIEVE I will be watching all my banking accounts and stock market accounts too see if there is any strange stuff going on.

  This place is awesome! Brought my phone in with a problem at 5:30 just 30 minutes before closing. Most places would've told you will hold onto it will check it tomorrow. They immediately looked into my phone corrected the issue and had me on my way in no time. The price was outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you need your cell phone repaired or looked at. They are honest, reliable and extremely professional.

  Chris did an amazing job with my daughter's Nintendo Switch. He solved it in no time at all and got it back to her on her birthday and she enjoyed it almost the whole day! Thank you again sir. If you have any technical problems with your devices, come here! Fast, reasonably priced and great attitude.

  Excellent service, very professional and will recommend to others. The gentleman I spoke was very nice and straightforward. The phone was repaired and back up and going.
