Last time I go in there I just bought 100+ dollar boots and they were more interested in were my daughter put her Gatorade bottle. I can Obviously see the women whispering behind my back I will take my business elsewhere next time!!!!!!!!

Fair Prices, Easy Parking But It Is On One of Those One-Way Frontage Roads on I-10 So you May Have To Circle Around To Get The.

Hate being followed around the store when trying to shop, my sisters were walking around with hats that they were going to buy and the employee came and took them away from them probably thinking they were just playing with them. I have been there previous times and Everytime I cannot shop comfortably being watched over and follwed. I won't be returning to this store which is a shame because they do have decent merchandise.

Lookgreat place! If your not the incompetent type who buys the product then wears it around for two days expecting too return it! ...."I HAVE A GREAT IDEA!, IM GONNA GO BUY SOME TIRES AND DRIVE AROUND ON EM' FOR TWO DAYS, PUT WEAR AND TEAR ON EM' AND EXPECT TO RETURN EM!"
I shouldn't even have said that yet it irritates me when good longstanding business gets bad review from probably some liberal "Hollywood cowboy" type, who's probably never seen a day of work in his/her whole life.
Cowtown Boots is a good, strong, wholesome, country/western wear provider for the city of Tucson with great customer service and fair prices, not to mention carries an excellent amount of stock for those who needs pants in a "wider than taller size", and vysa versa!
