I placed an order online and I showed up 20 minutes late to pick it up. The employee quickly made a fresh one for me and even offered a fountain drink while I wait. He was very courteous! You don't get this at most pizza places.

This pizza place is probably one of the most horrific in terms of customer service and efficiency. Although I do appreciate their "late night option", I do NOT appreciate their lack of effort. We arrived back at our hotel at about 11:00 at night after setting up at a horse show. We were all hungry so we ordered pizza from them and apparently we weren't aware when we ordered (11:30), that it would take until 1:30 AM to get our pizzas. Keep in mind that we only ordered two small pizzas and a small order of wings. Upon the arrival of our food, we noticed that the wings had a consistency comparable to a wet towel, and the pizzas tasted like the frozen grocery store kind that even little kids don't like. AND it was a whopping $44 for that small amount of crappy food. No sir I will never even consider cousin vinnys pizza ever again.

We liked their pizza better than anybodys out there.But waited an extra 25 minutes more than told. And our food was luke warm pizza was sprinkled with cheese and toppings not even worth the 10.00 special. The cheese bread was perfect though. Just want hot food with the proper amount of toppings. I did not order a weight watchers pizza lol.

I ordered February 23, 2017 before 3am; pizza place is open till 4am. They took my order and there hadn't been any call indicating trouble at the pizza end. It sure would be considerate if they could call to let us know of a problem that hinders the pizza being delivered (just as Cousin Vinny's might find it considerate of us to call THEM back to inform them if we should at the last minute decide to save half a hundred bucks and eat better food from our freezer instead). "That extension is busy, that extension is busy, that extension is busy" It looks like this is going to be the second no-show I've seen from Cousin Vinny's and they're less than 1.5miles away! Phhhhttt.

Okay, it's 2am and I just finished ordering the special (large pizza with wings and cinnamon somethingorother). I'm starting this review now in the hopes to leave 5 star review. The pleasant attendant took my order over the phone and gave me forewarning of a 35-45 minute wait (which is no problem to me). I'll resume this review as soon as the pizza arrives.
Okay it's 3am and the pleasant (if not overly cheerful) delivery guy handed three boxes to me. I commented "oh man I wish I had ordered a drink too", he stated that he'd go to the store for me if I wanted him to!!!! I replied "no, but thanks for offering" and after paying him, he left. I can tell you the chicken is awesome and they got my dipping solution correct (blue cheese) but LO~! The delivery guy calls me back and states that he has a drink in his car that he's just going to throw away and I'm welcome to it free of charge (I don't do the free thing so well and handed him two bucks for the drink). Can I honestly give these guys anything less than 5 stars? *Edit: Pizza is good too.about the only negative I can think of is that they don't carry anchovies (no biggee).
