  Convenient to the interstate. Nice hotel. Called to let them know I would be very late for check-in. Got in around 1 am due to delayed flight. No problem. Check in was a breeze. I was exhausted and the agent was looking to put me in a room closer to the elevator so I would not have to walk as far. Very considerate.

  Rooms were nice. Heating element in hot tub and pool wasn't working so that was a bummer. The only reason we stayed there over other hotels in area.

  Clean hotel, spacious as well. Rooms were priced really well and for the room and quality of the hotel I would have expected to pay more. Only negative I have is the fitness room is miniscule, and the indoor pool was still closed at 9 am when it opens earlier.

  This is one of our go-to places to stay when visiting College Park, Maryland. Always clean and comfortable rooms and very courteous staff. Just minutes from the University of Maryland campus.

  Exceptional staff! They really went above and beyond to exceed expectations for my stay. This one should be a training crew to show other's what incredible customer service really is. 👍

  Nice hotel which is what I expect from Marriott. Great pool hours, 7a-10p with a hot tub. Comfortable room with a cute loveseat that let's out to a bed

  Nice bar for drinks and getting together with friends. Can be quite crowded, so get drinks for everyone you're with when you get the chance. Good luck finding seats together at the bar. More than two, get a table.

  The room itself was very new, which was nice. The couch and patio were great. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was huge. Our AC unit hummed quite loudly, the ice machine was down, and our Fridge was broken.

  I spent my Birthday here at this hotel. They customer service was excellent. I loved my room. I recommend this hotel if you want some a lone time.

  Was there for a family reunion. The staff were efficient and courteous. The cleaning staff were on the ball. Had a great time using the gym and pool area. Thank you.

  Worst customer service ever. We had prepaid for a room. The staff ended up with some bogus excuse saying we didn't have a card on file. How do you check into a room without a card on file? Spending $1500 over a week and all we got was a sorry. We came to the room and the room was still a mess. The staff stated since there was no card on file, they couldn't do anything. We got offered towels and shampoo. I would stay at the Hilton or any other hotel if you decide to spend money. If you want to be robbed of a nice experience during your stay. Book at the Marriott here. 0/100 rating, 0 stars.

  Shuttle service was great, IT help for wifi within 10 minutes of request, very friendly staff, rooms are very clean, beds and pillows comfy!!

  Good service. Their bar has reasonable hours and prices. The hotel provides a van that will take you to the Greenbelt Metro, which proved to be useful.

  Great location right off of 295 and 495 and next to Greenbelt park. Nice lobby area but rest of the hotel could use a renovation. Guest rooms are stuck in the 90s. For example plugs next to the bed are so loose my phone charger wouldn't stay in. Also TV package had no channel options for young children.
