Room was very nice, and location to all the shopps and theatre was awsome. Lobby was under construction, but if you can get past that, it was a great place to stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Next to a lot of good restaurants and a movie theater. Some of the lobby area is under construction but the receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the hotel has an indoor pool.

Due to a gas leak, we were forced to leave our apartment during a blizzard and had to find a place to stay right quickly. We first went to a hotel close by, but after one night it was decided that it wasn't doing it for us. The Marriott at the Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center offered a better rate than one we had just paid for, so we booked a room.
The front desk staff were extremely welcoming, gracious, and sympathetic to our plight. The room itself (two queeen beds) was spacious and very comfortable, with art (a sulpture!) in the room. We all agreed that the soaps were among the nicest we had ever had in a hotel. The breakfast staff were quite sweet and the breakfast buffet (given to us gratis by the front desk staff) was definitely a cut above the usual "nappy" eggs and bacon.
All in all, an extremely pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

The hotel is in a pretty good location. Rooms are clean and the breakfast was great. I had a small refrigerator. I did not have time to check out the fitness center. Normally I would have given 4 stars but even though I had both the do not disturb AND the do not clean room hangers on the door, someone went in my room when I was not there. It looks like they picked up the bathroom but that was it. My towel, floor mat, and the shower was picked up.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, I was impressed. There are half a dozen or more restaurants within walking distance which is nice.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. I like the staff and the location, but the Internet is absolutely awful. Forget trying to stream Netflix on the weekend. It’s not going to happen. Forget even trying to make a phone call during the day when no one is here. This hotel has cut corners on Internet service and it’s guests are paying for it. If they don’t do something about this, we may have to look for an alternative in the area. Absolutely unacceptable. Nice clean hotel right in the heart of Washingtonian Center. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and a movie theater. Parking is across the street in the shared garage. Sometimes in the evenings it can be hard to find a space. Also within walking distance to a wine store and a target to pick up any essentials you might need.

Location and staff are amazing, rooms are clean and large. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the couch in the room and the drapes are ready for an upgrade. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Courtyard is a nice hotel, typical of a Courtyard. The location is the real prize. Situated in the heart of The RIO, a lively spot filled with live entertainment, restaurants, a man made lake and activities for the kids. It's also walking distance to Downtown Crown, an almost indentical location sans the man made lake. Just a wonderful area for all to enjoy!!

The room was clean. Staff was professional. Access to parking was great! So many restaurants and stores. The sightseeing was amazing! It's just beautiful! Nice little get away from home. We had a blast, will be back before summer is over!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our wedding weekend. Close to Strong Mansion, this was the perfect decision. Super clean, great food, comfortable beds, and an all-star customer service team are just a few of the things I could say about this place. Definitely stay here if you are looking for lodging in the area.

My king size bed room was very clean and of sufficient size for just one person. The location at the Rio center is pretty nice with lots of dining options. I do wish that regular full bandwidth WiFi was offered instead of the 2 tier (free low and high bandwidth for extra) option.
