Unreasonable park rules. They give out false information. Said they own all mobile homes in park that are not owner owned, however, one of my neighbors is paying SOMEONE ELSE to rent with option to buy. She said she only pays lot rent to DeChellis. Trying to get disabled tenants to take down ramp and put up new deck! Very bad flooding. Hired sub-contractor which neighbors say took their money and didn't complete the job. PER PERSPECTUS, we are not allowed a clothes line either, but I see one out my back door every day! They also require owners of mobile homes to keep their M.H. Registrations current. But they Mobile Homes they own are PAST DUE!

I have lived here for 17 years.. And seriously these are the most Attentive Landlords in Panama City.. They werent concerned about how many Kids I have or Had.. Lovely bunch to work with... And they work tirelessly keeping this place up (Cleaning, Mowing)... No Complaints here which Is why I have been a Tenant for 17 years!

Rented a 3 bed room mobile home and it was like brand new. They fixed everything as quickly as they could and are present to deal with. Recommend them to rent from.
