  Paid cash daily and was then double charged on my bank card at the end of a week
  ...a card they had to have on file. Had receipts from everyday and an itemized receipt from end of the week paying cash and still charged my card saying telling me they were fake receipt. After paying 97.98 a day for 7days they charged my card 133.00 a night with all kinds of extra fees like a transient tax, a guest tax. Owners could barely speak English
  Good luck if you need something I stood at the counter for over 20minutes and never seen a staff member, left and came back when I first checked in
  Careful using your credit or debit card with these shady people

  In a nice area. The rooms are dimly lit and the weight room has no weights. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff is friendly.

  If you are in Topeka this hotel will be the best choice that you can make the staff was more than friendly they always had cookies out for the guest and the morning breakfast that they serve was absolutely delicious and I stayed there for over 4 days and I have to say every morning they would put out a new breakfast and each one was splendid also the beds were so soft and the beds are so so soft as well as the comforters also the staff is very friendly and very helpful and if you need anything all you have to do is ask if anyone goes to Topeka I would definitely recommend this hotel also the manager was really really nice and accommodating I will definitely visit this hotel whenever I go on a trip again.

  The room is very dated and doesn’t seem clean. We were willing to over look that but the sink and tub didn’t drain at all. So we couldn’t brush our teeth in the sink and could only shower for about a minute before it filled up like I was taking a bath.

  Room was nice and roomy. In room coffee maker, large TV, desk and a couch. Bed was a little soft but comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, they still have the fresh waffles (I love them) that most hotels have stopped providing. Price was excellent and hotel is near lots of restaurants and shops with ready interstate access.

  Large, clean rooms. Front desk was very nice when I checked in. Fresh coffee and a sweet treat COOKIES. Travel a lot and sometimes the hotel don't have fresh coffee and fresh cookie. But ok really clean.

  Ambience makes one feel comfortable. Stairway at entrance makes one feel at home - like just going upstairs. Kid friendly. Indoor pool. Offers breakfast. Beds are firm with clean linens. Pillows are small and need updating. Bathrooms are clean with no chipped or broken tiles, etc. Staff are professional.

  Good value. Room was large and clean. Lock was broken on the back bedroom door. Breakfast was very good. Large selection. Interestingly, I just realized not one employee gave me a friendly greeting the night I checked in, or while eating breakfast the next morning, or while going back and forth though the lobby multiple times loading luggage in my vehicle. That's odd. I can only assume none of them liked their jobs and didn't want to be there. The night front desk manager was especially curt when I checked in.

  Great service, right off of I-70. Large rooms with comfortable beds, quiet hotel. Breakfast was fairly standard budget hotel fare, not so impressive but included in cost. Coffee was just ok. Would stay again if passing through Topeka.

  Great hotel. Right off 70/470 with lots of restaurants nearby. Pool and hot tub was great after a long day on the road. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Lots of choices for the free breakfast. Only issue - fire alarm went off twice at three in the morning which wasn't their fault, but a little annoying. Nice to know that it woke me up though. Would recommend.

  Right off I-70. Night manager was nice & welcoming. Room was clean. Pool looked clean & did not smell strongly of chlorine despite being in the middle of the building. Shower pressure was awesome! Soaps were nice & did not dry out my sensitive skin. Lots of clean towels. Fridge & microwave in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, hot breakfast & waffle maker; coffee was good but the carafe was not very efficient. Would recommend!
