Costco is Costco. You have to visit Costco to understand what Costco is all about. In general most Costco's are a pleasure to visit.
I would probably say the two most challenging things is figuring out when to go so you don't have to wait to get a parking spot. Even though they have very large parking lots.

And when to avoid the long lines.
I think the best time to go is when they open.

This place is great as far cost and selection. That's why it gets 5 stars. Be strategic about what time to come here though bc everyone else shopping here is practically unconscious or think they're the only people in the store. It's as if you're on the "pay no mind" list and you're not trying to shop expeditiously. Other than the stupid people, this place is great!

What makes the store the absolute best is the staff every last staff member that I approached was totally helpful with a smile some of the names I don't remember even the managers were absolutely helpful. I know on a normal basis it probably is annoying to hear people come and ask where is this? Where is this where is this where is this I mean how redundant can that be? However each staff member did not catch an attitude each staff member was very helpful. I got to give kudos to deameon, I think that's the way his name is pronounced as well as Anthony Maria Yolanda and a whole lot of others also of course Alex great great customer service

Certainly the go to place for quality meats fish, produce and more. The two level floor plan is well laid out to minimize congestion and the check-out lines move quickly. One can always have a debate about prices or their accepted forms of payment. Btw they accept cash, Debit or Visa only. Happy shopping!

Wild Alaska Salmon has the best ration of Omega 6 to Omega 3. Most people need a lot more Omega 3 for less inflammation, more flexible cell membranes. Best time to shop at opening or closing. Wish the were open longer on weekends. Like the large sizes and wide variety of frozen and refrigerated vegetables. Many of them are Organic.

Ever since they redesigned the store, it's been a nightmare. Traffic flow is horrendous, always have to make way too many turns to get where you are going, constant traffic jams. Items get relocated regularly making them difficult to find. New carts don't hold anything underneath. Items that we like regularly get discontinued from just THIS store.
Love the company but this is the least user-friendly location

This is an awesome place! Love the way the esculator works with one side for us and the other side for the shopping carts!! Two stories Costco! Love this place. Only thing is, it is very crowded every time I come here.

I love that there's a Costco in this busy city but the lack of parking for the amount of people is horrendous. People in the neighbor are so pushy driving the staff (not all) to be equally frustrated.

I come from out of town and don't always carry my card but would love to see the customer service desk be a bit more in there came to get folks off the line quicker. Been at the sight about 5 times this year and the gals are very chatted.

Love the new elevator cart conveyor system.

Folks can also jump on the bus if you don't have a car.

Great selection and prices including the food court. Parking lot gets VERY busy unless your there at 900 am opening. This location has only one elevator, long wait for elevator. An updated escalator like Target was added which is great but they have the up and down escalators on the same side and the traffic of shopping carts trying to avoid each other coming on and off the escalator s is ridiculous.

Great Variety of Different Bulk Options . They have remodeled the escalators which I think is more organized and efficient . I wish they had more employees to help customers throughout the day since I do have trouble finding things when it's been a while since the last time I was here. Also sign's so I know which aisle has which kinds of products. This place does get crowded since it's the only wholesale store in the area so the best times to go is early morning or late evening. Parking and sometimes be hard to find. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Good for buyingfood in bulk especially fresh meat and eggs and seafood.
The cafeteria is inexpensive but everything that is sold to eat is unhealthy so I took of a star.
    It's good for family's
You really need a car or taxes to take stuff home.
I only go here once a month for meetvand frozen stir fry vegetables which you can't get any where else.
It's worth being a member but fi everything else it's easier for me to get stuff on Amazon as I don't have a car and it's a pain to go here by subway and I'm single .
If I had a family I'd be shopping groceries here each week and save a lot of money

Always long lines no matter when and esp near closing. Magement needs to care for its customers better by keeping lies open and not needlessly stealing members' time... What, do they not know how to allocate. resourses/people to stay ahead of demand ?

The vegetables are not fresh due to supply chain problems. I always see the most fresh fruit and vegetables is in stock, located in the upper side , and the items that near expiration date are available at the bottom, which is available for customers to shop. The management needs to bring the most fresh vegetable and fruit to its customer otherwise Costco will lose its customer in future.

It's a really nice place to shop for food. Its huge and a lot of options to buy. You get good deals. Also the cafe has good food. So Costco is a good place to shop and I recommend shopping here if you haven't been here.
