This review is long overdue! During IRMA we had to stay at Costa d’ Este. We stayed there several nights! They are to be commended for their hospitality. Their rooms were clean & comfortable w/ outstanding views of the Ocean. Their food & Service was probably the best we have enjoyed of ALL the restaurants in the Vero Beach area. We have lived here for over twelve years. The general manager, Chad Olson, went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable during this most stressful & difficult time. He contacted us the following week after our departure to check in on us. We highly recommend both the hotel & restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

The staff were very polite when I came into the hotel. I was greeted pleasantly and professionally by the Valet and Front Desk Agent. The room was clean and very modern looking. State of the art is a good description of the room. Will happily go back in the future.

This resort is an absolute 5 star review. The staff were attentive and kept us in a great mood. The food was no doubt top notch (We ate the scallops twice they were so great). The rooms were very modern and beautifully decorated and cozy. The pricing was very competitive and reasonable considering what we received. Lastly, the views were breathtaking. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

Very nice staff. The rooms are high quality but some details are just odd. There are no outlets for you phone or laptop anywhere near your bed. The furniture is very decorative but not very functional. Large comfortable shower in the bathroom but no tub. Parking is extremely limited. Free valet is included but be prepared for a traffic backup on your arrival. Beautiful pool area beach access is located directly off the pool. Very short walk through the dunes.

We were blessed to be able to go here for a couple of days this past year. The place is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The pool was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was amazing. We loved our time here!!

Received top-notch service and attention. Everyone from the front desk, pool attendants, and even the head chef ensured our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. And the view of the ocean from our room was spectacular. The room was very, very nice, and the resort itself was beautiful. Absolutely perfect getaway for a couple's retreat. Enjoyed it very much!

Reception desk was most helpful. Visited the 100 block of rooms. Staff made sure all questions were answered and gave me good direction. Also asked if every thing was a ok upon departure. Will return again.

Marvelous experience at this wonderful Treasure coast oasis. Staff: outstanding; property/ facilities: outstanding; food: exquisite; pricing: just right; location: prime. We went to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Our check-in was very fast and efficient. I loved the fact that parking was not valet-only (the parking lot is very small/ near the hotel and so self-parking was easy if you wanted it). Our room was adjacent to the pool area and allowed us easy access to that and the beach. The room was a very cool combination of retro-modern and felt very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and very meticulously maintained. The hot tub is larger than many hotel pools. The pool-side wait staff and support staff were excellent. The beach in Vero is very nice but if you've never been there, it can seem a bit small. It was not overly crowded. The property is located in the heart of the Vero Beach community and there is plenty to do-see-eat within easy walking distance. Overall, this place is a definite do-over. We'll see you again soon Gloria!

Very nice resort you should try at least once. Loved the art deco style and restaurant. Attentive and friendly staff. We had an ocean front room in the South tower which was nice. The floor was quiet, but the constant reggae music played until 9:30pm at the pool got old quick. I would ask for the North Tower and a room furthest to the north if I stayed there again. I would also recommend staying there during the week. We arrived Sunday and the beach was very crowded, but less during the week. There are plenty of little restaurants within a block you can visit as well. The beach behind the hotel is sandwiched between 2 public parks, making it full of people from about 12pm until sunset, but you can find less crowded areas if you walk a bit south. The almost $30 a day “resort fee” is my biggest complaint. You get very little for it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Vero.

Hotel is beautiful and modern without being cold or sterile feeling. Staff are super nice and go overboard to make your stay memorable. Frozen grapes and cold water passed at the pool as well as cold hand towels. Even sunscreen to apply at no charge there. Good pool bar and delicious restaurant.

This place is a gem! The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The food, staff, and cleanliness of the resort were amazing! We stayed in the Pool View King which also has a ocean view. The only two things I would have changed were the towels and toilet tissue. They weren't soft as one would hope.

Their customer service department is by far the absolute worst I have ever had. I travel often I have never been treated so poorly. I never received my email confirmation. When I checked my credit card statement, I was over-charged $100.51. I called and was told there was a "miscommunication" when I paid and the error was on MY end. Upon checking, the email they had for me was a letter off because the service person had incorrectly typed it in. Further more, upon cancelling my reservation, I STILL did not receive a confirmation for my cancellation. I had to call back AGAIN and wait what felt like a life time to simply receive it. I spoke to their manager Steven and he was equally as rude as the service help lady. If this is how someone is treated prior to staying, I can forecast the stay would be less than pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone expecting quality service.

My wife and I came for a weekend and I have to say the Spa experience was very nice. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. However the restaurant is expensive considering the food they serve and the waitresses are very ungracious. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast and the hosts definitely need PR training. They do not greet you properly. We came down for breakfast and not even a simple "good Morning" and a smile. Just, "two of you? Follow me". Not to mention they forgot to bring us our breakfast order and we had to remind the waitress. Mind the was only about 3 tables at the time we got there. Except for that and overall, we enjoyed our stay.
