I have worked with Cornerstone Staffing for a few months now. In that time, Michelle Z. has helped me to find temporary positions with great Fort Worth companies. Michelle has been supportive and encouraging. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism, as job seeking can be a stressful process. Cornerstone offers health insurance, and weekly pay once on assignment. They make timecard submission painless, and communicate important information that could affect your pay in advance. They're doing an awesome job!

I was apprehensive of using a staffing agency in order to locate employment. The opportunity I was seeking was not something Cornerstone currently had listed with a specific client. Amber Thomas, the Operations Manager at Cornerstone, advised she would submit all of my credentials and resume over to the client's hiring management team. I was called in for an interview and within one hour following the interview I received a call from Amber advising the client was interested in my joining their staff. If it had not been for Amber's persistence and working as a true case manager and advocate of my skills this would not have happened. Cornerstone made this job pursuit stress free. I also worked with Leigh a few times in Amber's absence who also was professional and a pleasure to work with. I will recommend Cornerstone to others.

After a full year out of the workforce I was having no luck finding employment by filling out applications online and submitting resumes. I decided to sign up with CornerStone Staffing to transition back in. Leigh Cooper at the Fort Worth office immediately went to work finding assignments for me. She kept me busy for two months until I found a position that was a good fit for me and I wanted to pursue. Today, October 23, 2017, is my first day as a fulltime employee at a job and organization that I love. I would not have gotten an interview had it not been for Leigh Cooper's tireless endeavors on my behalf. Thanks Leigh! I will certainly steer folks your way at every opportunity.

Cornerstone Staffing is awesome! I still can't believe I found employment the same week I interviewed with them. I had a really great experience with Cornerstone especially with one of the top recruiters. I went in to interview for a low pay job and Lindsey offered me a way better job. Thanks guys!

Cornerstone Staffing is Great!! There aren’t enough stars to show just how much I appreciate Michelle Zabonik she is by far the most amazing recruiter ever!! Michelle is patient, professional and very proactive. Michelle replies to calls or e-mails and is always willing to answer questions or discuss potential jobs. Everyone at the office is very polite, friendly and willing to help if Michelle is unavailable.

Cornerstone has been an incredible help in my job search. Amanda Pustejovsky is my primary contact and she has gone above and beyond to help me. She keeps me in the loop about job opportunities and to see how assignments have gone. Amanda replies to calls or e-mails within minutes (truly) and is always willing to answer questions or discuss potential jobs. Everyone at the office is very friendly and willing to help if Amanda is unavailable. The assignments I have been offered are always in line with my qualifications and the placement preferences I have discussed with Amanda. I would encourage anyone looking for a job, short term or temp-to-hire, to meet with Cornerstone. They know the business and are well respected with many large employers in the area.

It was a complete waste of time & energy to apply. I applied via email, online, and in person only to be rejected by the recruiter for petty reasons. CS has a favorable star rating on here but the truth comes out on facebook where they have a dismal, 2.5 star rating.

Was rejected for a position that I was well qualified for without a second thought. That means qualified candidates are getting weeded out. If you're looking to hire, use another agency.

I have a Master's degree for heaven's sake. It really makes me wonder what other qualified applicants have been weeded out in the application process.

Tiffany Tucker at CornerStone Staffing is wonderful! She communicates very well and is proactive. I interviewed last Wednesday and start my new assignment this Thursday! She works diligently to ensure a good fit when placing you with a client. I would recommend anyone to work with her!

I highly recommend CornerStone Staffing. My experience with them has been great! I had been out of the workforce for several years to care for family members. When I decided to return to work, I initially began hunting for a job on my own - for months - with no results. Frustrated and discouraged, I turned to CornerStone Staffing. I was surprised at how quickly my recruiter, Michelle Zabonik, found an assignment for me. It was exactly the type of position for which I had been searching, at exactly the rate of pay for which I had been hoping. I did not have to “settle” for something less. Once I was placed on assignment I checked every week with my employer to see if there was anything I could work on or was doing wrong, I was told I was doing an excellent job. Then one day I was called to cornerstone offices to notify me that my assignment was terminated and was not clear as to why, CS was NOT on my side like they claim to be for new recruits. They tried to make it up by saying they would actively help me find another assignment, it's been MONTHS and not one phone call or email. It's also sad they ask new employees to come on Google and make 5 star reviews because they cant achieve it themselves. All these reviews are posted out of a sense of debt not sinceritySAD
