  Had dinner here on 11/25/17 The hamburger was overcooked, the bun was icy cold, the cheese was not melted, the fried onions were cold and the fries luke warm. I will NEVER come here again. My guests had the exact same problem with their burgers. They even screwed up the desert giving me ice cream not sorbet.

  The bar and restaurant in here have a very corporate feel. The food and drink is very consistent, measured, and expensive. Having said that everything I've ever had here is delicious

  Nice bar scene except it's a baby martini but at a full sized price. Oh, and I guess they were low on olives cause I only got one... and.. the bathroom was very messy!I

  Very disappointing experience at The Copper Grouse Went there for after dinner drinks, and we were completely ignored by the bartender, so we ended up leaving. The bar wasn't even full and we waited over 15 minutes.The wait staff was also not accommodating or friendly at all. For a such as nice place, we expected better service.

  Amazing service, food and staff! Booked last minute for dinner reservations, got a 9pm, arrived earlier and took advantage of the lounge area outside after visiting the bar. We got seated around 8:30, our server billy was phenomenal! Extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for breakfast!
  
  Would definitely recommend! Call ahead to ensure you're seated accordingly.

  The Copper Grouse has become a favorite for good food and amazing cocktails. They have a great bar that is located right off the lobby. Top shelf booze and trendy bar service techniques. Enjoy the outside firepit with a local spirit in hand.

  We went for brunch. Welcoming and comfortable. Good food, good choice of dishes. Easy access for wheelchair users.
