Very nice staff, polite and respectful on the phone and in person. Dr. Cook is excellent with my children and I am very happy to have found them. They do a great job of not making us feel rushed either. The post-consult communications with both myself and other dentists was prompt (even considering that they do the consult for free yet spent a fair amount of time after the visit writing letters and doing busy work without compensation or guarantee we would be back). The good news is we are returning the bad news is all of my kids need braces. 😬 😂 😩

I truly can't say enough great things about this practice. Dr. Cook and his team are nothing short of amazing! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Cook is very thorough and explains everything he is doing and why he's doing it. He takes pride in his work and it shows. The whole team is polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They always make you feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed.

I highly recommend Cooke & Gutsche Orthodontics. The Damon brackets used in this office are far more comfortable than the traditional braces that I began with at a prior office. As an adult, I decided to obtain braces at the same time as my son to correct overcrowding caused by an extra lower tooth. Dr. Cooke was wonderful to work with and I am very pleased with the results. I initially went to an orthodontist who did not fully explain the process or the options so I was unable to make informed decisions regarding tooth removal and brace type. I was left with a huge unprofessional gap, was at risk to loose 2 more teethe, and was incredibly uncomfortable in traditional brackets. After a number of online searches, I located Dr. Cooke who patiently explained the entire process. He prepared me for the best and worst case scenario regarding my removed tooth and the bracing process. He took the most cautious route and achieved fantastic results. He was always reachable to answer questions. His entire staff is very kind and helpful. There was little to no wait time for our appointments. On the few occasions that Dr. Gutsche subbed for Dr. Cooke, she too was great to work with. The office is clean, pleasant and comfortable. You won’t find a better office.

After years of going to Dr. Cook, from the consultations to getting the braces on, my daughter finally got her braces off!! Dr. Cook does excellent work and is not one to rush perfection. This is proven by my daughter's beautiful smile. We are so very happy with the results.
The office staff at Dr. Cook's office are awesome too!! They are always pleasant and helpful in every way possible.

Dr. Cook and his entire staff are incredible! From the minute you are greeted by name entering the door, you know you are in a trusted and caring environment! Both my daughters have received care at this office and we couldn't be more pleased with the process & results from start to finish! Highly recommended!!
