Would not recommend this store to anyone unless you like broken items.
We have received multiple broken items.
One item in particular had a part that came broken. We took it back and they gave us the one part that was broken but not in a box. I told them the item would likely break if it isn't given in a box. They said well you can buy this $30 blanket if that's an issue otherwise we could return it and exchange the piece.

We take the piece and it had many chips all over it. AGAIN.

This is just one item like this. Other items already came with damage as well and it's a nightmare to return certain things and they don't seem to have quality control.

Horrible service! Manager Jacky instead of being the professional one she fights with customers, If your having a bad day or don't like your job just quit or call out, Don't make others day go bad
The cashiers are barely moving. My time is my money. I lose too much time and money here.

Great place for some harder to find stuff and some good help from the team however I cannot stand the fact that they allow a food truck to take up the closest handicapped spot. So many OTHER PLACES it can be placed. I brought it up before and they couldn't care less. I'll pass thanks.

So bad experiences in this store! The product quality is bad! When I tried to return the cracked door, they refused. They said it is painted. But such bad quality product, I insist that the store should be responsible for it. Finally they refused the return. I will never go to this store again!
