Never receives call, no email response, don’t know how to reach them for the query
If there was a 0 star rating I would give it to this company. I waited 8 weeks to receive the official pass letter. I called for over 2 weeks every day at different times of the day, leaving voice mails and didn't get any answer back. I even sent an email and no response either. The lady that works at the front desk is as rude by phone as she is in person (yes I even went to the place). Honestly she seems like she has no will to work or treat customers with respect.
Is it just me or does everyone fail their first test with a 60%-69%? Makes me think something fishy is going on
This company is everything, but on time. I've been waiting for my official pass letter for the last three weeks and other students had gotten theirs within one week from testing day. No one answers the phone and hardly gives you a call back even after you leave three voicemails in one day it's ridiculous its a sad excuse of a company. Would give ZERO stars if I could.
To Nursing department: I 've been trying several times to contact them either by phone or email, but nobody is taking care of that !!!

Inexcusable that it takes an additional minimum 72 hours for them to post scores when 40 other states can have them posted without any issue.
So I recently request a refund for a test fee that I never took. I explained how it wasn't even possible for me to take the test since I moved out of state.With no further effort the person on the phone said that wouldn't be a refund. I'm very upset of the fact they don't even try.
