  This store has excellent product selection, however, had a horrible experience with customer service. If you don't mind waiting hours to be helped by a customer service representative, than this is your store. would not mind coming back to the store, but just thinking of wasted hours I spent just waiting to be helped turns me away. If customer representatives were busy with other customers it will be understandable but considering that during my visits there were reps that were available to help, the waiting is unacceptable.

  Had a great experience, it was not a huge kitchen, normal size, we used less expensive cabinets so we were able to get the granite we wanted. The cabinets are all wood, soft close on everything and even fully dovetailed drawers. It looks and functions great.

  If you like dented custom cabinets, molding orders that take months to come in, workers who leave the company so you are stuck with Brian who doesn’t return phone calls then go with Consumers.

  Walked in Showroom..nobody would even look at me..I Saw a girl typing at her desk..i said "Are you with somebody/" She didnt even answer me just gave me a dirty look...I walked right out..One less sale for them.
