Decided to stop in S. Cedar branch to open up a 6 month CD which had a very good rate. Roy was the branch employee that helped me through the process. The bank has some new technology with their ATM"s. Even though I am tech challenged, Roy walked me through the process and upon leaving, I felt comfortable with using the ATM. Every step of the way, Roy took his time explaining things to me, was very kind and did not pressure me to move all my accounts there.
This is not your typical bank. Much better in many ways.
