I really appreciate the time and effort the Indonesian staff members and the general consulate gave during our field trip with our university. Everyone was very patient and welcoming. Thank you for the great hospitality and warm dinner offering. We appreciate your cultural gesture.

What a joke! I made an appointment 2 months ago for a passport renewal. Booked a ticket from ATL to Houston and today 36 hours before the appointment they tell you that they are going to closed because it's an National day in Indo? You guys can't be serious!

They are rude. Especially the security guy. They have a tendency to lie about the gate worrking. It causes damage to your vehicle.

Typically Indonesian government staffs, super lazy!!
They didn't answer calls for dozen of times. It was all in the business hours and not holiday !
We know that might be they were still helping others. But we called like 18 calls in a day for 3 days straight and no one answered?? Are you all dead ?!!
They also didn't reply to emails. If they did, the reply is very simple and very unhelpful. If we don't understand and ask them again, they just simply ignore it.
We respect to the President, not to the consulate staffs. At all !!
