My hygienist and doc are so good! I learn a lot about my teeth and their care, as well as just have an enjoyable time in the whole office. Thank you, all!

I had a root canal with Dr Abdennour on Thursday evening. I was feeling pretty nervous going in, as I've only ever had one cavity before (on this same tooth). Dr A and his assistant Erica did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They both checked in with me multiple times during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable, and the doctor went out of his way to reach out to me in the evening to see how I was feeling. The whole process was as pleasant as I imagine a root canal could be, and will be recommending Dr Abdennour to anyone I know who finds themselves unfortunately needing a root canal.

This dental practice has a lovely facility and I had a wonderful experience (considering the dentist is not particularly something everyone looks forward to…) Everyone was SO friendly, and accommodating. Jill was my hygienist, and was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my appointment. Thank you Dr. Mourad and Jill!

I had a great experience in my first 2 appointments here with dental hygienist Maureen and Dr. great job. Like their style of communicating too. Will definitely continue with them. Also even in walking distance! 😊

I had my initial visit and was more than satisfied with the services I received. The reception area was clean and uncluttered. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Doctor Brady explained her findings with clarity and I never felt rushed or pressured. Being a Hygienist myself for over 35 years I was thrilled with the thorough cleaning I received. I will most certainly send my friends and family here and look forward to my next visit.
Just had my 2nd visit at Concord Woods Dental Gp I am super pleased with the the above and beyond service I received. I called as an emergency, my crown broke. Dr Brady spent time evaluating and explaining treatment she recommended. She then proceeded with a pain free visit. She contacted the lab and made arrangements for the crown to be made before I go out of town and rearranged her schedule to accommodate me. I just can’t say enough on how appreciative I am to her.response / report this review -

My daughter has pretty significant anxiety about getting a cavity filled. The process that Dr. Brady used to anesthetize her was perfect - numbing jelly first followed by a very small needle to increase the numbing followed by a big needle to finish the job. My daughter hardly felt any pain at all and got through it much easier than expected.

I had a cavity re-filled today. I explained to my dentist a high tolerance for novocaine. She asked questions to determine the proper approach. I felt no pain during the procedure.
I recently changed job locations, and Concord Woods is completely out of my usual travels, but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.response / report this review -

So professional, intelligent and kind! Best dentist experiences one can have! Dr. Slater and Dr. Kovach truly care about their patients and know their stuff. Dr. Kovach's assistant Diana is awesome too. She made me feel so comfortable and kept me entertained.

Wonderful dentists. I had some problems with Tufts Medicare Delta Dental. Tufts was uncooperative, but Concord Hillside staff paid part of the bill anyway.

The staff at Concord Woods are polite and empathetic. My appointment was on-time. The hygienist was informative and gentle; the dentist gives a thorough exam but is not an alarmist.
