  Biggest joke on this Earth. Every one of our driver's was told they needed sleep study because there neck was too big. If you refuse you wouldn't get your physical paperwork to drive. The DOT does not require sleep study. I guess your doctors want their kick back money from those places so they add that on there own. We contacted the DOT and they said that was not a law and was not required. So our company is dropping Concentra from our place to get physicals. The place on Irving Blvd did not measure our neck or mention anything about sleep center's. We will tell everyone about this place. Good luck.

  Not deserving of even 1 star! I called to see if I could get in today and was put on hold after holding 20 minutes while still holding I called from another phone to be told you should know we have a full house. Poor customer service. Care Now offers much better service. Will not even bother next time......

  I receive first-rate greetings and the ready smiles when I walk through the door at Concentra. I appreciate being directed how and where to sign each visit.
  This last visit they advised me of the anticipated wait time. A big thank you for that information! As it was longer than I have waited in the past and got settled in for a comfortable wait.
  
  That the facility has a guard...BIG PLUS! He's alert and seemingly ever-present here, there, and everywhere at the clinic. I feel like staff and patients both have "Concentra Secret Service" with security personnel you have there:).
  
  Staff are pleasant, competent, and go about their duties in professional manner with a very personal and genuine manner.
  
  And the health care...excellent!

  Came in with a broken wrist and sprained ankle. Waited 2 hours for X-rays. Changed doctors twice then went back to original one. Was placed in a light wrap -should have been cast- and told to see orthopedic specialist. Since I was out of network I had to wait to fly home. Orthopedic doc says I should have been placed in boot for severe sprain and cast as I was a fall risk -especially at the airport. I was lucky I got home in one piece. Now I am waiting for surgery Thursday to correct problems.

  Went to this particular clinic for a pee employment drug screen. It was a hair follicle screen. The nurse had not been trained to perform this task. She had to read the step by step instructions several times prior to completing the test. Let me just say I don't feel comfortable with the integrity and proper testing of this clinic. Please provide training for your employees if they are going to be expected to perform these tests.

  My visit to concentra was great.i
  I had no issues with the staff at all.
  They were able to get me in and out in a shory period of time
  However, i ride a motorcycle and i keep a knife on my belt. I know security was just doing his job, but it sucked that i had to leve my knife outside.

  Takes a little while to be seen because the clinic is always so busy but, the staff and Dr Powell are always friendly and they provide excellent medical attention to their patients.

  Avoid this place. I went in because I thought I had a possible staph infection. I was fatigued, my body ached, fever, and a few other symptoms. I had a small boil on my inner thigh that looked red but wasn't pus-filled. I knew something was up with. My body and I was hoping to take care of it before it got out of hand. No blood tests. No culture. Nothing. Doctor prescribed me Bactrim which gave me the violent heaves all night. Next day I told them I needed a different medicine, and they called a prescription in for Doxycycline. Same results. A couple days passed and I ended up going to Medical City ER where they actually LISTENED and performed tests. Turns out everything was fine, except oh...I had Hepatitis A. So what would have cost me a fraction of the price at Concentra (if they'd have treated me like a patient instead of a number) cost me quite a bit more. This place is disgusting and lazy. Do your jobs.

  The therapist staff is awesome, but I will not recommend DR. Huang to nobody. I got hurt pretty bad my right ankle at work on January 6th, the same day that we have SNOW and this DR. Huang checked on my foot and with no common sense sent me back to work with a boot on my right ankle. What kind of a DR is this person? Where did he got his license?
  I am not a secretary and I don't work in an office. In my case, My Job (Airport Operations) would not allow anybody to come to work with a boot on your ankle. Sorry but I would not recommend this DR. Huang to NOBODY.

  Came in for a required employer drug screen and told I was next in line. 40 minutes later I am still "next". Girl at counter said it's been like this all day. Not Oh I'm so sorry... Won't come here again unless I'm gun shot outside.

  I have had perfect care. Everyone is so nice! Love this place. The pt is fabulous. They really know what they're doing. High marks for the staff!

  Arrival 920 am pulled back to do drug test 945 am...waiting in exam room for doctor to do physical 1230 and still waiting.. garbage good thing it not urgent

  Most people who know me describe me as patient and amiable. However, I feel compelled to share that this institution has been one of the worst experiences in my life. They had absolutely no idea where to purchase the items THEY require and were extremely unhelpful in almost everything. In terms of customer service, they didn't even extend basic courtesies like eye contact and after giving me a ridiculous bill for a 5 minute encounter, they did not even have CHANGE for a five dollar bill. I sincerely hope that my experience is not the same as others but judging from the room, I'm afraid it is. Save yourself the pain and visit a different Concentra even if it means travelling further away. Peace out. ✌️
