I am so thankful for Tim and the help he provided to my company! I have an employee who works remotely for me from Florida. Her computer was caught in a bad virus which held the computer "hostage". After restoring the computer back to its factory condition, everything had to be downloaded so that she could work normally. I spoke to Tim and he remotely reinstalled everything she needed, software and hardware. She was back to work within a half hour. I cannot thank you enough! I will use your company anytime I need computer work. I would not hesitate to recommend your company! Thank you again, Ann
