I feel so blessed to have found Dr Rispoli. I came for a colonic series (my first time ever). Right when I walked into her clinic, I knew she would be able to help me with SO much more. She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and educated in multiple areas. I’m so excited to go next level in my gut, hormone, & adrenal health..with her. Thank you Teresa, for taking such great care of me!

I have been going to Complete Health for radio frequency treatments, for over 5 1/2 years. I started getting these treatments, due to an allergic reaction to botox and fillers.There is no down time with radio frequency treatments, and I now go once a month.I also supplement these treatments with
Light Stim machine for wrinkles at home., and also with face products from Complete Health.Dr. Rispoli's magic wand, erases lines and wrinkes, and is very relaxing, and gives you a youthful look.I always look forward to seeing Dr.Rispoli, and highly recommend her!

I sought to find a digestive cleansing facility to help me with my chronic constipation issues. I had experience of undergoing a colonic only once before but to my dismay did not benefit. A few years later I decided to give it another try with Complete Health and signed up for 3 sessions. To be honest, as the machine was supposedly performing it’s job I was surprised at how little the amount of water was flowing through the hoses as it was quite different compared to my first experience years earlier. After completing my first session and agreeing to purchase $300 in supplements which the doctor was only too eager to promote, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best that I might find some relief. After a few weeks and no relief I returned for my second session on the same seemingly poor circulating machine . In addition to the unconvincing treatment I found the doctor to be constantly distracted, either talking on the phone or attending to other patients showing little interest or knowledge in addressing my issues. Again, a few weeks went by with no noticeable improvements. After a month I reached out to the doctor to set up my last session only to leave a messages which were never returned. Fearing the colonic facility had closed its doors for good I continued to reach out for weeks which turned into months, with no response. Finally after nearly 6 months I reached out one last time in an effort to be refunded the cost of the last session I could never schedule. The doctor appeared surprised that I had not been responded to and that she would be happy to schedule my last session…to which I said that I’d prefer to be refunded the $ for the final session as the procedure had not brought any relief to my problem. Even after all the weeks and months of not being able to connect with the facility she claimed that policy prevented her from giving me a refund. After further discussion I convinced her to give me a refund but could only refund a portion of the 3rd session cost as it had already been discounted when first purchased. Crazy , right?

Finally she agreed, knowing I was not going to settle claiming she did not want to cause any more distress to me.

Look, I’m sure some people have found relief with certain offered procedures at this facility… but I did not. After spending over 500$ for the colonics and supplements I found the treatment did nothing to alleviate my condition….the doctor was very unprofessional and lacking in knowledge. I can’t recommend this treatment center and will never use them again.
