We hired Mike to design our septic system on our new acreage. He did a fantastic job of communicating with us to confirm when he would be at site. He was on time and while at site took the time to fully explain what our options were and answer all our questions. He was able to quickly get our design completed as we managed some tight deadlines. Mark got to our place the next day after we called him, he was able to locate our septic tank as the previous owners did not disclose the location and he emptied our tank quickly and efficiently. He was super cordial with my dad and husband and is good at his job. He was fairly priced, efficient and knowledgeable. We would for sure use this business again in the future. It is also nice as he is a locally and family owned business. We highly recommend his services for your septic needs. Thank you Mark!
