Founded in 1963 as a program of the City of Dallas and incorporated in 1982 as Dental Health Programs, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Community Dental Care of Texas' is providing high quality, low cost dental care for low to moderate income individuals in Dallas with little-to-no access to dental care.
