  We had Commonwealth do 2 roofs for us. Chad Farmer was our salesman and was excellent in his service. Despite material delays, they were still able to complete both jobs within 6 weeks of signing contracts. They communicated well and completed the job as soon as the shingles became available. Our larger roof was a big job requiring multiple layers of tear off as well as wood replacement. The crew put in an 11 hour day and completed the job in 1 day as promised. Our smaller roof was a simpler job and the crew knocked that out in 6 hours. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work, the work ethic of the crew, and the communication and service of the Chad and management. We highly recommend using Commonwealth for any roofing needs you may have.

  You absolutely cannot beat the customer service here. As a single mom, who sometimes needs help, I sure found the right place. They went above and beyond to help me with a repair that they wouldn’t even benefit from. It’s not often that you still find people willing to help when they aren’t going to gain anything. Todd and his team or some of the nicest people I know. Would call them again in a heartbeat!

  Fast efficient great product great people. Chad made sure all our questions were answered and all our needs were met and still at considerably less than all the competition. Crew came in one morning and left the yard cleaner than they found it I have yet to find one piece of roofing debris. Highly recommend for all roofing needs.

  When our thirty-year-old roof could no longer be patched and plugged, Commonwealth Roofing Specialists was one of three companies we called for estimates on a new roof. Operations Manager Todd Wilson arrived to do the estimate. From the beginning of the process, Todd was punctual, pleasant, and professional. He also proved to be a very effective communicator; he not only clearly presented Commonwealth's products and services, he also really listened to our needs and concerns. To our surprise and delight, Todd's estimate came in well below those of his two competitors.
  
  As Todd had made clear, even once we had signed a contract with Commonwealth, we could still expect a wait of several weeks before installation. When I mentioned offhand over the phone to Todd that we would need to temporarily put a tarp over the roof, he offered to have Commonwealth put the tarp on at no extra charge. As we had already signed the contract, we found this very impressive. Commonwealth saved us the time, money, and effort we would have expended on putting up a tarp, although they weren't strictly required to do so. When the day came that they could work us in to their schedule, the Commonwealth crew arrived slightly ahead of time, and had the job done in a little under five hours.The new roof looked great, nothing inside or outside had been damaged, and cleanup was as good as could reasonably be expected.
  
  Nearly five months later, our roof has withstood the rains of autumn, the snows and ice of winter, and the near-constant winds that blow through our location without the slightest indication of any leaks or loose shingles. We are very pleased with Commonwealth Roofing Specialists' product and service, and would recommend them without hesitation.
