The staff at Comfort Keepers of Plymouth, NH have been wonderful! They have been reliable both for scheduled and unexpected needs. The office staff and owner helped me decide what level of care my mother needed in my absence. Their caregivers have been amazing, treating my mother like family.

Comfort Keepers is a wonderful home agency. They take care of their clients like they are family. Martha and her office staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very easy company to work with, and they are very helpful whenever they are needed.

The company is very compassionate. The office always answer any questions that come up. Martha is very knowledgeable and caring. They go above and beyond for clients and will do anything they can to cover shifts. They are also a wonderful employer. They take great pride in providing high quality care for all their clients.

We have had a wonderful experience with Comfort Keepers of Plymouth, NH. My aging Mother absolutely loves the visits from the caregivers and looks forward to the time she spends with them. The Owner (Martha) has gone out of her way to accommodate our every request and has gone so far as to personally come to our home on a holiday when she was not able to fill care giving shifts. We love this business and all they have done for us!

You know this is a horrible company when the OWNER tells you that if you want guaranteed care, you should put your loved on in a home. In a moment where Martha, said owner, is under some stress at being called out for that comment, she chose to tell us that she was calling adult protective services on us for leaving our bedridden loved one home alone for an hour to take the kids to soccer practice. If we were home 24/7, we would not need Comfort Keepers to come help care for our loved one. Hospice knows our situation and is in this home 5 days per week. Adult Protective Services has already told us she is getting better care than any home they have been in. The local police department is aware that our loved one is in the home for an hour here or there alone. None of those agencies take issue with it. But Martha, hypocritical Martha, does. She has other immobile clients who require many hours of care per day. She has no problem leaving those clients without caregivers when people call out. Those poor clients sit for 24 hours + in their own excrement starving because Martha cannot be bothered to send anyone.
It took us 7 tries and 6 months for Martha to get our care plan right for our loved one in their system. After sending multiple emails with it written out step by step, all she had to do was copy and paste, but that was far too much for her to handle.
We have had nothing but problems with this company. There is always some excuse why things cannot get done. There are often times where they cannot send anyone with less than 2 hours notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I would like nothing more than to see them fold.
