We have stayed here twice and it is just convenient with the shuttle to the airport first thing in the morning. I did however find that they do not clean as well as they should because I did find blood on the shower curtain and also the walls. Told them about it when we left and if I get that room again then I will know if they listened or not.

I thought the stay was going ok till this morning when I got In the shower. The conditioner dispenser was clogged with someone’s hair. I reported it to the front desk who was pretty whatever about it. They said they would send someone up to fix it but that didn’t happen before we left today. So who knows maybe you will find it on your next stay too. �

We booked comfort in because we have never had a problem plus we were going on a 10 day cruise leaving every early out of boston we paid to keep our car there. Then the day before the new said snow storm so we decide to get a head of the storm so when to check in very early they were so nice gave us avgreat room the pool was beautifully kept clean and wonderfully warm long story our flight got cancelled so we had to drive to Philadelphia to catch the plane they refunded our car fee. With no problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Awesome hotel.stayed only one night to go to game at fenways and do duck boats in Boston.stayed Aug 19-20 2017.young man checked us in,arrived at night about 830 pm,very nice and helpful man,as were all the staff.full breakfast included..eggs,sausage,fresh fruit,pastry,bacon,cereal,bagels,coffee,juices,cocoa,even fresh made waffles and more!.my son loved the pool,smaller than looks in photo but very nice and had color changing lights!. Hotel was very clean.good price.will stay again if in area.

We chose this hotel because of 24 hour shuttle service to the airport as we were flying home after our vacation. When we arrived we knew right away we made the right decision. This is the best comfort inn we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facilities were excellent. Our room was fantastic and the restaurant was very good. The shuttle service was superior. I would recommend anyone visiting the Boston area to stay at this hotel.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for one night and it was the best experience 👍 We arrived with a RV and it was parked for free at the hotel parking lot 👍 We had our room earlier than expected 👍 Used the free shuttle service to the airport in order to take the train/Subway to downtown Boston 👍 Great big room with two Queen size beds - very clean and with free coffee/tea 👍 Good variation at the breakfast buffet 👍 Proffessional and helpful staff at the front desk 👍

We rented their hall for my sister's bridal shower this past weekend and I am so happy we chose this place. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, the room was clean and organized, and we had a great time. I highly reccommend using them if you are having a small party (100 people or less)! Thank you guys for all of your helpyou will most definetly see us again.

We always stay here when flying in and out of Boston. We live in Maine and find it hard to make a late evening connection to our local Cape Air. Or, we might have to leave Boston too early. We like the friendly staff and shuttle drivers, clean rooms and good breakfast.

The people who work here are the friendliest. No wonder it's such a highly rated Comfort Inn & Suites. They have beautiful, clean rooms, a nice heated pool, small gym and a Margaritas restaurant. It's located just north of Logan airport and they have park and fly packages where you can leave your car at hotel and get a free shuttle ride to the airport. It's also an easy 10 minute drive into Boston. We'll be back

I had flown into Boston from my month long trip to London, my next flight home was the next day at 11am, I couldn’t sleep in the hotel as I had my luggage with me and there was no where for me to go, I saw this had free shuttle ride to and from airport and the check in time whenever and I needed somewhere safe and warm to sleep as I was on my own, when I got there the staff was really nice and when I got to the room it felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel, the bed was so comfy and I was well rested in the morning and the breakfast was really good, I enjoyed the sausage eggs, bacon and an orange and had milk to go with, would definitely book here again :)

We had a great stay at the hotel last night. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It's a nice distance to the airport, close enough you can get to and from the airport quickly, but far enough that the airplane noise wasn't annoying. The shuttles are frequent and convenient, the breakfast was pretty good, it was an overall satisfying stay.

We did have construction, scaffolding to walk through which was difficult with the luggage cart. We got into our room to find the air conditioner wall unit in the middle of our floor with a new unit installed. Well, the new unit was working so they moved us to a very nice suite and allow we'd us a late checkout. Buffet breakfast was a 10! Lonnelle cation is awesome, 2.5 miles from airport.

This hotel is the best hotel in the Boston area! Just got back from our holiday in New England and we stayed there twice this year and twice last year, on our first night and on our last night and we had a great stay, the rooms are really nice and the TV's are huge! The staff are very friendly and helpful from the guys at reception, Shuttle drivers, cleaners, ladies in the dining room, all great! We look forward to staying there in the future! Merry Christmas from Spain.

I enjoy the van rides as well . there is a driver " Jason " who is wonderful.
Always smiling and so kind to everyone.
You will know him with his smile and his " please fasten your seat belts "( which I admire )
Makes my ride relaxing.

We arrived with reservations for a 3 night stay, toured New England by car and returned for a 1 night stay prior to flying home. We couldnt have been more pleased. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, every member of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Just a great experience. The Margaritas restaurant was an added great. Thank you!!

We had just flew in from over seas. We parked at a valet parking lot for the 2 weeks we were gone. Upon our return our car would not start do to an electrical problem. To make a long story short, though this hotel was completely booked. They still found a way to accommodate us. The room was very clean, the staff was fantastic, the continental breakfast was amazing, only a few miles from the airport and most of all they honor Veterans. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Loved it before, and now they’ve remodelled (been awhile since I’ve been back) I love it still. Staff is very accommodating & quite pleasant; nice breakfast as well. Rooms look very nice! Wish I was here longer.
