This place appears great at first but start looking in the corners and you won't be back. Hair on the bed, hair in the bathroom. Sink wouldn't drain because the stopper was disconnected. I fixed it. This place has the most pathetic water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Ever. And I stay in about three different places a week, on average. And finally... The smell. The entire hotel from the lobby to your pillow case smells incredibly strongly of curry. So if that's not your thing, avoid this place. I stayed as part of a group and it's not my place to complain. If it were my money, I definitely would have. That being said it's modern and the staff is nice. Super comfy beds. Good TV package. WiFi works well.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable with the best pillows
Bathroom was spotless and had a coffee maker, hair dryer and plenty of clean towels.
Conditioner and shampoo in the bathroom if you forget yours.
Room had a nice big fridge and a microwave.
There is a safe for your convenience.
Breakfast the next morning was very nice and plenty of options to be had. It was hot and well tended.
My only complaint was the noise.
Slamming of doors and banging on the walls by other guests.
Made it almost impossible to sleep.
The hotel had crews of tree trimming crews and electrical repair crews working to clean up and restore power all over the state..

Nice guys, but very loud and up and about all hours of the night.

Beds were comfortable. Room was small but adequate. We could not get a consistent temperature in the shower. It would go from freezing to super hot and back again.

Had a nice stay at the hotel for several nights. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the complimentary shuttle to the metro station was nice too.

Excellent hotel with the absolute nicest staff! I wish the continental breakfast hours were from 6-10am 7 days/week (it opens at 7 on weekends & closes at 9:30 weekdays, which is a bit early). However! That's only because the continental breakfast selection is pretty great. There's a huge variety, a very nice dining room, and trays to bring food to your room or table! Every hotel should provide trays but this might just be the only hotel that actually does it for their free/included continental breakfasts. It's those types of little details that made our stay at this hotel so nice.

And how did I almost forget the BEAUTIFUL park they have!! It is such a hidden little gem with picnic tables, benches & really beautiful scenery. I've attached a pic here. We loved it! We will definitely stay here in the future. This is by far the nicest Comfort Inn we've ever been to!

Everything was great! Rooms were wonderful. Staff was awesome! And so was the breakfast! Close to metro and the staff were great shuttling u back and forth! Even the Tuesday nite soda and snacks was great and unexpected. Thanks to the wonderful staff for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic front desk staff and management. All staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful room with a totally awesome bed! It was great to always have coffee available in Lobby, even when we got back late after trip on Metro into DC for a day of sightseeing. Hotel offers complimentary shuttle to and from Metro which was very helpful and convenient. We will always stay here when visiting family and friends in the area. Thanks so much for making our trip so pleasant!

I would stay here again. Has everything you need for a stress free stay. Staff very nice and amenities are abundant. Location is quite & rooms are clean. They are also pet friendly which is a big plus! Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

The hotel had a good breakfast and good shuttle service. It is within walking distance of the Metro system. The food nearby is good (you are also given a coupon to these places). There seemed to be several rooms vacant when I went. The service is nice. There is a lifeguard, unlike many other hotels.

Location was great and super close to everything. Shady Grove is a large road and makes the area very accessible. Room was very clean coming in and washroom was well lit. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, milk, etc... Elevators were fast as well which makes getting to rooms convenient. Location close to the highway as well so that's also quite handy. Definitely recommend!

I have stayed here several times and each time the staff, amenities, facilities, bedrooms and breakfast are Top notch! The beds are Very comfortable and the Thermostat works great!
Across the board the staff are warm, professional, helpful, attentive and caring. The building is clean and comfortable, has tasteful decor and is very well maintained. They have an Excellent Breakfast Bar maintained by Ruth. Plus a tasty appetizer and soda happy hour one night a week. Enjoy your stay!
