Very pleased with our two night stay. Room was clean and up-to-date. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

The room was an average room. No complains about that at all. The two complaints I do have are: when asked to give us a wake up call at 6:45am and they failed to do so, we headed downstairs in an orderly manner to tell them such. They then responded back with an action of looking down at their watches and stating, “the system was set for an hour back, 6:00am.” From the statement they seemed to be knowledgeable of the time issue. If they dare hold the names as a comfort inn employees, they should make the effort to make our stay worthy and abide by our request for a wake up call. The next complaint is when we go to eat breakfast. We then find our seat, which is one that looks out the window. They close the blinds halfway through our breakfast. It doesn’t take any scholar to see that such wasn’t done out of an orderly task of the day. One does not simply close the blind in the morning when the daylight is shining in. That task, as done by most people in this world, is done at night when the light is no longer shinning in to light the room. As viewed from someone who experienced the last incident, the blind incident seems to be done as a petty outrour from the prior incident that they were confronted on.

Staff was very nice and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortably set up. They have the best breakfast I have had at any hotel I've stayed at. I wad visiting family and they were also happy with it. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

Newly remodeled rooms so good quality for price. Only thing, the heater wasn't working in pool area so pool was up & down during our stay being repaired. I feel like they could've compensated us a bit for that but there were no offers or apologies to do so.

Customer service was great, I got checked in very quickly. Room was great huge, air conditioning was very cold and I love it. Beds are very comfortable.

Good breakfast. Bed sagged in the middle: wife and I woke up with sore backs. Toilet would not flush. Clean and neat. Courteous staff. Price was 2.3 times normal rate due to total eclipse. Easy access from highway, but minimal road noise, but could hear creaks with every step taken by those in the room above. Wife and daughter enjoyed pool.

Staff was friendly, seemed genuinely concerned for our well-being and even went out of their way to accommodate us. Room was clean, roomy and up-to-date. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great place for a fairly decent price.
After two days of nonstop traveling and two nights of staying in seedy motels, that were hardly cheaper, this Comfort Inn went above and beyond. Bravo.

Very comfortable rooms, and accommodating me with my 2 service dog Pomeranians. They gave me a room right by the back door next to the dog run. The girl working the front desk was extremely nice and informative and remembered me by first name basis. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable as well.

This Comfort Inn is easy to get to. The room is nicely appointed. But the bathroom counter is small, the room had an odd smell and the refrigerator has no freezer.

The positive side for us is they accept pets.

Clean, no frills, place to sleep while traveling cross country for the holidays. Would return if need be next trip. They allow pets which was a must while on our trip. Easy to get in and out of to get back on the highway and next door to a gas station (and a LARGE candy store).

The staff were very friendly and kind. We were able to park our car and trailer in the parking lot next door. There is a big gas station and convenience store next door. Great for an overnight stay while traveling.

Overall, a great visit. We were there for an overnight on the way home to Chicago. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only complaints werethe pool vent fan was really loud, making it hard to enjoy the pool. Front desk clerk said she would be happy to turn it off, but could only do it for a short time), and the breakfast was taken down at the stroke of 9 am. No grace period for the people who came down right before. (And I do understand, "rules" need to be held to, but sometimes) so don't come for breakfast last minute. Other than that, great property would stay again!
