We have always been fans of Columbia Sportswear. My wife bought a hat there. It started to fall apart the first time she wore it.She brought it back promptly with the receipt. They would not return or exchange. They gave her an 800# to call. They said she could send it back at her expense and they would repair. Are you kidding me. What store does not take defective merchandise back at the store purchased when returned promptly with a receipt.
