INCONSIDERATE !!! I went in FOR MY 16th BIRTHDAY last week and was not directed to any assistance they didn't let me choose a color or anything. They sat me down with a young asian man who was playing games on his phone. He chose a silver color for me I didn't complain. All I wanted was acrylics which were $30.. The man repeatedly stopped in the middle of what he was doing and texted on his phone and even answered a phone call from a friend. He then got up in the middle without excusing himself and did a lady's eyebrows in the back. The rest of the workers just looked at me as I waited 20 mins for him to finish. He then finished and did a horrible job. The nails were small and choppy. What a birthday. They charged me 45 btw for idk what. Smh

They do a GREAT JOB!!!! My sisters and I have been clients to them for the past 3 years and we love their work. They take their time, they are polite and they make sure you are satisfied before you leave there establishment. I would ALWAYS recommend other clientele to them. If you are looking for professionals this is the place.

My gel polish started peeling in two days after service( Monday). I waited to them fixed on four days later. The guy tried to argue with me and told me that I should've came back sooner. Needless to say I gave him some tips on customer service and a piece of my mind. They are very rude in this shop. I will never come back again. Avoid at all cost.

Nice technicians, good price, and they absolutely are patient with your nails. I went in for a manipedi and was not disappointed. They absolutely do not rush it which often causes spots to be missed. Will be a regular customer.

if they had a 0 star option i would choose that.. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE!!!! DONT GO TO THEM BECAUSE YOURE MONEY WILL BE WASTED. the guy that did my nails sucked.. he rushed them and i asked for coffin shape and he gave me oval and none of them looked the same very unprofessional as well because he was talking to his wife or whoever the lady was sitting beside him the entire time, talking loud and laughing but not to mention his breath smelled bad.. but to top it all off he threw my receipt at me after taking my payment because i paid half cash half card so i guess thats a problem and i never do that but he charged me more than the usual for a gel set. then after he threw my receipt at me he didnt wait to finish my transaction, he walked over to the lady he was talking to the entire time and told her so she walked by and rolled her eyes at me. never go to this place THEY ARE TRIFLING AND NEED TO BE REPORTED, IM TELLING EVERYONE NOT TO GO GET THEIR NAILS DONT HERE!!!!!!!

WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ If i could give them a negative star I would. These people are so rude and unprofessional. I got my nails done on a sunday they started to come off the next day . And mind you i paid for gel and gel polish . By there recommendation! When i go back to get them fixed after calling ahead they still made me wait 45 mins and then gets and attitude with me because i asked why . not only did they not make me feel welcome , refused to give me a whole new set for free , they wanted me to pay them to get them fixed . I am furious and will NEVER EVER GO BACK!! Will also tell others how HORRIBLE there service that no one should waste there time and energy coming here . I hope they go out of business.

If 0 stars was a choice thats what id choose!! This place is the absolute worst the lady up front that seems to be in charge is the worst today was the second time she tried to pass me off to someone else the first time she was half way in on my manicure when a regular customer of hers came in an she got up from doing my nails to do someone else's today she troed to pass me off right before atarting i saod no thanks an walked out!

Highly disappointed in my last visit at Columbia Nails. I came in around 2 on a Friday JUST to get my eyebrows waxed. It wasn't very busy. I received immediate service but it was all very rushed. My eyebrow wax was scorching hot and after I had said something about it all the lady said was "oh ok" but did not fix it. As a person with very sensitive skin, I was not very happy. The waxing all happened very fast and from my previous experiences getting my eyebrows waxed I felt like the lady may have forgotten some vital steps. Come to find out when it was all done, my eyebrows were uneven!!! One was much thicker and had less of an arch while the other was thinner, longer and had a better arch. I came to this nail salon to get my eyebrow waxed because it was cheaper than other nail salons but as they say "You get what you pay for" therefore I will not be returning.

First time leaving a review, but I felt compelled to do so after such a horrible experience. Tried to upsell me three times for a gel manicure when I just wanted a regular manicure. It was to the point where she asked me to pick out the gel color I wanted. She did not take her time. At all. Was INCREDIBLY rude. She insulted the way I washed my hands (didn't know you could do that?). The place is also not kept clean. I'm just talking about a standard wipe off of surface counters. Please spend your time and money elsewhere.
