  They know their products (and have an awesome YouTube channel to prove it) They treated me like family and walked me through everything! Even recommended tips and helped me understand the things I had difficulty with. Very kind & patient! Never made me feel rushed or hurried. Best price (seriously lower than ANYONE near me)...so I drove from Central Florida to the top tip of New Jersey! WORTH EVERY MILE! I even got to camp on their property before heading back to Fl! Real people, good people selling beautiful Airstream’s at low prices! They were very transparent and up front with me. Patrick Botticelli was my sales rep. There were 2 Kevin’s that helped me get oriented, Chris installed my brake controller & Lori helped me with my extensions for warranty as well as the sales paperwork...there were others in the office that shared in my excitement and I Thank them all! 💯, 100% solid recommendation!! Colonial Airstream in Lakewood NJ IS the right place for the best deal & customer service!

  This place exemplifies the definition of white glove service, and this is a review of a purchase of a used "other" RV that they had on the lot as a trade-in. From start to finish, everyone there was a pleasure to deal with, helpful and friendly. Our sales guy, Patrick Botticelli, was - and still is the best! We de-winterized our camper just the other day in preparation for our maiden voyage. We hit a few snags and gave Patrick a ring for direction. He returned our call right away and talked us through what the challenges may be - even though this is a brand/model they don't typically sell and he is not familiar with. I feel totally confident in our purchase and that the team at Colonial RV would be there if we needed any assistance, not often you can say that!

  The entire team deserves five stars! We purchased sight unseen due to our trust in Patrick and the team and they did not disappoint. We picked up this past weekend and were treated like guests. We were oriented to our new Airstream and given as much time as we needed to feel comfortable before pulling out of the driveway. I would gladly recommend this group without reservations!

  My husband and I traveled 1200 miles to purchase our new Airstream from Colonial Airstream. We picked the Airstream after watching all of Patrick Botticelli's very informative video walk-throughs of the different models on YouTube. Because he was so instrumental in helping us make our decision, when the time came to make the purchase we contacted him and one other dealer. I cannot stress enough how quickly he got back to us with a great offer. We literally owned a new Airstream within 5 days of our initial contact. When the time came to drive to Colonial to pick up our new Airstream we were met with many people there who were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. It was the most positive buying experience we have ever had. Well worth the drive! (And that's saying something!)

  If you didn’t know it - the AirStream culture is a discerning family. Perhaps there’s an expectation for *more than the average buyer. Higher standards are sought in quality products and greater attention to personalized service is intuitively valued. We (Airstream owners) require more than the best price. We seek the nostalgia of Airstream and the attention to detail it’s known to afford.
  
  COLONIAL AIRSTREAM understands this and delivers in every aspect from first introduction through to final delivery hitch up. Nick, our Sales Rep was stellar in his professionalism. He made sure that we were satisfied with each step in the sale process. We absolutely love our 23CB and without a doubt will return to Colonial for future purchases.   Colonial is as good as it gets. I was absolutely amazed at how there was no pressure sales going on when we visited. Even more pleasantly surprised by the lack of having to negotiate for everything. We visited during an open house and saw the very Airstream we wanted and bought it on the spot. Patrick Botticelli helped us through every step of the way including our paperwork for being out of state buyers, and helping us decide what stabilization to get for the hitch.
  
  We picked up the Airstream this past Monday in a rainstorm and the they had filled the propane tanks the water tanks and gave us a full intro the the camper features and a tutorial on the sway bars and hitch system.
  
  We got to our campground at Cape May and after two days of perfect camping, our hot water heater stopped working. Patrick and the team at Colonial helped troubleshoot the issue over email and the phone and got me a part the very next day. I swapped it in and we are back up and running.
  
  The dealership was really nice to work with and they have a nice clean area for customers and a nice shop for parts and accessories. We will recommend them to anyone looking for an Airstream.

  I JUST left the dealership. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am! I didn't know that an ENTIRE dealership, every single person in every single department, would go so far out if their way to go the extra mile for me. Frankly everyone I saw was having a good experience! I am so grateful. I am so happy that I drove 2 thousand one hundred miles out of my way to buy from them! Yes I really did go 2,100 miles away from home to get a great unit at a great price and have good service. Happy Ranch Gal!

  After seeing Patrick's videos online I called and wanted to arrange a purchase. Patrick seamlessly arranged everything. Went to NJ, via 5 hour trip. Worth it. The customer service was beyond what I expected. They were very accommodating and very helpful. I was willing to drive from Va to NJ to get an Airstream, because of the customer service and helpful videos Patrick produces. Thanks also to Kevin who gave me an in depth tour and familiarization experience with the Airstream and Tom who went out of his way to explain the new hitch setup and he explained how he put it together. I can't recommend this dealership enough. Worth the drive and I am sure i will come back for service or and upgrade. Very Professional Dealership.

  We bought our Airstream here. Sales department was not pushy they just open the door sit back answer your questions and let the trailer sell itself. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I will highly recommend Colonial to every one I know and meet. I also recommend them to all who read this review. Thanks to everyone at Colonial our dream to own an Airstream has come true.

  A great team at Colonial! Salesman Nick and General Manager David were both wonderful to work with...as was the team who helped us get familiarized and hooked up. Never pushy, they were tremendously helpful and continue to be very responsive to questions well after the purchase. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Can't say enough about Nick and the team at Colonial Airstream. From my very first conversation with Nick until my wife and I left the dealership, we were treated the way a customer should be treated. There was never a hesitation to help, answer a question or fix a problem. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome into the Airstream family. We drove nearly 1000 miles to get our Airstream from Colonial and without a doubt our next Airstream will come from Colonial.

  Very disrespectful -I thought since they sell many Airstream's they would. Have better service . a Sales guy by the name of Patrick just hung up the phone because he felt I am not buying from him.. I don't think he realizes that even if another dealer gets my business that reputation matters.

  My husband and I just purchased a used 2016 ERA. The salesmen, Bobby was extremely informative and helpful the first day we went to look. The second day, Bobby was not there, the general manager, David, helped us close the deal! After leaving the lot my husband and I noticed the GPS and camera was not working properly. The GM (David) had us come back, that day, to install another unit (GPS/Camera). As we were pulling in the lot; the service man, Chris, was standing there with the unit in his hand, ready to install. We could not have been happier!
  My husband and I are already planning out our future purchase with Colonial. WE HIGLY RECOMMEND them. David (GM) and his team are wonderful.

  This was our first time in purchasing a new Airstream. Colonial Airstream were extremely helpful, patient and truly caring about their customers. Every question was answered and all aspects of our new Flying Cloud was covered. Not only do they support you when you purchase the Airstream, they bring you into the "Colonial Family" and support you after you get it home, to your first trip out, on the road. They went above and beyond to make their customer's happy. I highly recommend them if you're thinking about a Airstream, visit Colonial.
