My sister needed same-day service, and these guys delivered! They showed up with their signed trailer, had cones on the street to alert drivers, and the employee listened to her requests as far as what was needed and how she wanted things done. When he was done, he let her know, rather than just driving off, like some do. The end result was really impressive. The sidewalk was edged nicely and there were no clippings out in the street, sidewalk, or driveway when he was finished. Highly recommend this locally owned and operated business! Would definitely use this company again.

Unless you are already a regular customer, I don’t recommend calling this company.
I’m putting my house on the market this coming weekend, and planned well in advance to have property ready for mulch delivery and installation.

I called Colonel Landscaping several weeks ago for mulch delivery and spreading, and scheduled with Nicholas for the week following Memorial Day (I had to call twice).

I called and left a voice message the Friday before the holiday weekend to confirm - no return call.

I called Tuesday (yesterday) to confirm - no return call.

I called again today (Wednesday) - voice mailbox is full.

Nicholas called me back, said they MIGHT be able to be deliver next week.
Had he returned my call on Friday, I could have made other arrangements week - now we are in a bind and have to find another company.

Nicholas complained he had to spend time returning phone calls, rather than catching up on lawns because of rain. He could have returned my call over the long holiday weekend.

It rained one afternoon last week, and on Sunday. He said I can call another company.
Totally unprofessional and a poor way to run a business.

Called this company for a quote on mulch and landscaping. They sent a very nice person out who politely took all our info, and said they would get back to us in a day or 2. Since they seemed so reliable I didn't bother to call anyone else. 2 weeks later - not a word. Here's a tip: next time please don't waste your time or mine. Just tell me upfront that you can't do the work!
