I had my roof replaced at the end of summer last year ( 2021). It leaked over the winter so I emailed the company. They are very slow at responding and after I got a response they did send someone out to look at the leaking area. They left and said they would contact me after they talked to their boss. I didn't hear anything so emailed again asking for a response. They did respond with a $4500 quote to fix to the chimney stack area that's damaged which wasn’t the leaking area I had called them about, I didn’t even know was damaged. They said the snow did the damage over the winter. I still have had no response on the leaking roof area. Seems like their workmanship and warranty aren’t worth the paper they are printed on.

Buying a new roof is easy, there are numerous companies. BUT, finding an good company that is fair, has high quality work and stands behind the work that they do. You know what you are buying since they explain this is full detail. You won’t be getting cheap material, no longer made or discounted. They fabricate each piece to your color in which they have numerous to decide. Yes, the cost is a little high BUT you will never ever have to replace your roof again. Perfect for forever homes. Thank you metal Roof Company the job you did along with the unforeseen major problems my roof was. I picked the right choice.

The Metal Roof Company did a complete tear-off and re-roofing of our house in just under a week. Communication was good from the initial quote through the end of the job, they took time to answer all of our questions, and the crew was friendly, efficient, and thorough. Probably the best contractor experience we've had in Duluth. And the roof is beautiful!

These folks did a good job on our roof. Over about four days they did a complete tear off and installation of a new metal roof. They had a good number of colors to choose from along with a few different patters of roof. The installation crew worked long hard days and were always busy. They were also friendly to chat with and left our yard really clean when they left.

The Metal Roof Company did an amazing job on our house and garage. The quality of the workmanship was better than we ever expected and it looks beautiful. We opted for the foam insulation on our roof and the day after they were done the temperature hit 93 degrees. The house temp went up only 5 degrees which would never have happened before. We are very happy with everything that was done. We highly recommend the Metal Roof Company.
