I took 2 tires in to have mounted which made an initial appointment at 2pm. I asked on the phone if it would get in right away because I was not dropping off and had to wait. I got out of there 2 hours later which I do understand people get behind etc. The next morning one of the tires was flat. They did not swap between the tires the TPMS either I noticed. I took back in and instead of rectifying the problem I was told by the owner it was probably the tire. I asked could it be it didn’t get a good seal? No no no I was told. I took it from there a block away which it was the seal. Will be asking for my money back ASAP. I strongly recommend that you satisfy an existing customer even if you are booked. I would look for another choice if yo are researching.

Very Disappointed! Scratch every rim. I asked them ahead of time to please be careful with my rims and the man assured me they would. Unfortunately, when I got the vehicle back there were scrapes on every rim from a lazy installer and they don't warranty any damage to the rims from their guys.

Poor customer service. Screwed up my tire and threads by trying force bolt it on. Found out tire wasn't bolted on all the way while driving with my wife and 2 kids. Will not return nor recommend this place for anything even if they are cheaper. Rather have it more professionally done these guys only stand around and do nothing while they say they are busy.

Never go here! They broke our hubcaps, dented our rim and when I called they became immediately defensive stating we will not accept responsibility for that! Very poor business ethics here!

I will only take my car here. I've had some really terrible experiences around town but Paul at Collins Road Tire always makes sure my car is taken care of. They have the best staff here.

I used Collins Road Tire to replace a couple tires on my car. I had some difficulty communicating with other installers so I called them to check. I was really satisfied with my experience overall. I was on the phone and Rex listened to my needs and tried to fulfill my original request. When he found the tires I wanted were unavailable (I expected this) he called back with two other options and prices ready and explained things in easy to understand language. This showed me that they respected my time. The cost was better than others dealers and the installation and post-sales support has been really good so far. Really not anything I can say that would improve my experience.

This place is wonderful. The staff is courteous and the best that I have dealt with in a long time. I asked for a certain tire only to find out it was really expensive. They found the perfect match for my car at the best price I could find. They also fixed the problem with it overheating that no one else could figure out. I love this place and will not go anywhere else. The ONLY place for auto repair and tires in Cedar Rapids!
