  this place is horrible considering the service. there was a person in the courthouse being tried for a criminal case, and he was screaming super loudly as he was being taken into custody. we were here to get our passports renewed, and the place was about to be closed for the day, and we were frustrated that we weren't there on time. so we just left, and there was a man outside the courthouse smoking and swearing a lot. was not too happy with the experience.

  Because of taxpayers this buildings exist, and their employees should provide a better service to us.....Rude people, I wished I could give them 0 stars....

  My passport was missing for over a year due to another police station sending it to collin county courthouse and it was guaranteed to not be found. Cynthia and Elissa from District clerk office spent almost 1-2 weeks looking for it. It wasn't found with the information i provided for them to look but I got a call back the next hour saying they found it with looking under some different information which was a MIRACLE! Just wanted to appreciate and let people know there one of the kindest staff you will ever come by.

  Always clean. Cafeteria onsite. Great assistance resources in the law library to help support your case. Staff is always smiling and helping

  Words don't describe how crap this place is. They want to watch you use the restroom.
