  Great people to deal with!! Kevin the sales guy is so wonderful to work with. We've gone back to him twice to buy different RVs. Their store could use a little improvement though.

  WOW awesome service. Traveling through area and encountered a problem with our gps. They had us come with no appointment, came right out, spent almost an hour to diagnose and then sent us on our way. VERY helpful, friendly, and professional. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

  We had a great experience renting an RV travel trailer from Collier RV. We rented the Wolf Pup trailer for a trip to Colorado. Justin was great every step of the way. He answered all our questions and made sure that we had all the information we needed before our trip. The day we came to pick up everything went smoothly, and he and the technician made sure we understood how everything worked since this was our first time renting an RV. During the trip we had a problem with a leak in one of the propane hoses. But Justin was great and followed up with texts and calls to make sure that we could get it repaired. Turned out it was a $3 fix and they even took that off the final bill and did not even charge us for any propane since there had been a leak. Great customer service, and a great experience from beginning to end renting with Collier RV. Can't wait for the next trip!. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking about renting an RV.

  For my first-time experience of renting an RV to take my family on vacation, it couldn't have been any better than working with Collier, specifically with Justin. From the first email contact with Justin, the experience was positive and educational.
  He talked with me about the trip we were taking and the number of travelers going. It was then when he made recommendations on the best coaches to rent for our trip.
  When it came time to pick it up, we were given a detailed orientation on how to use the equipment on the coach.
  We had such a great time on our trip out West and had a great coach to travel in.
  We will be in touch with Justin again when we are ready for our next RV family vacation.

  A group of us rented an RV for the weekend to go to the Indy 500. Collier and specifically Justin were exceptional to work with. Justin started off helping me identify the right RV for our group and provided information to help us plan our trip. Upon pickup of the vehicle Justin and team helped us get acquainted with the RV and we felt very comfortable after the walkthrough. We had an issue on the ride home that turned out to be a manufacturing issue but it did not interrupt our trip, Justin and Collier were quick to assist us through the issue.
  
  In summary I found the prices to be very reasonable and the customer service exceptional. I will absolutely use them again.
