  Not quite what I expected for a downtown Naples library. Appears to be an old somewhat run down school building. I guess the great recession had a negative impact on this library.

  Nice clean, quiet, well kept library. Great place for studying or reading with no distractions.

  Maybe they should use the dictionary for the meaning of customer service
  Wow the woman near back was

  It's a nice facility but the woman who was working the central reference desk on 4/15 was obnoxiously loud and rude to everyone. She needs a talking to about her voice level and customer service skills!
