My house was painted by 3 very talented gentlemen who were cautious and detailed with my home. The care with straight lines and prep work was incredible and unexpected. The young boy who was our sales representative was equally as talented but with his communication skills and friendliness. He was trustworthy and for good reason. Perfectly painted or paintedly perfect?
They've called several times over the past year. Every time I tell them I'm not interested, and to remove my number from the calling list. At that point they usually become rude, and eventually they keep calling. We're filing a complaint with the BBB, and considering legal action if it happens again.
Haley was great to work with. She was very professional and provided us with an accurate estimate and a good deal. The painters did a great job on the house, cleaned up, and came back to fix a few minor issues. The house looks really good!
We have a no soliciting sign on our door and we are signed up on the solicitors list through the city of Fort Collins. One of your "reps" knocked on my door at 9am on a Saturday. Unacceptable.
Two very nice young ladies came to my house to do the estimate. When they gave me the bid they told me if I'd put down 25% on the spot they would knock down the price. I did I signed the contract handed over my $1000.00 check and planned the work to be done in 4 months. Not a few days later I found a guy who bid it far less. I am a single woman and don't do a lot of contracting. I called/emailed stating I would be canceling the work and requested a refund of my $1000. First I had difficulty getting anyone to return my calls and when I did I was told I had missed the 72 hour cancellation policy. While yes I signed the contract, but this was never discussed, yes it was there in the fine print which i discovered later. I was 12 hours past the deadline for cancelling work that wasn't to be done for 4 months. I found everyone I spoke with to be less than understanding. They kept $450 of my deposit. I think that's just bad customer relations. And no one cared one iota! So beware, first they are overpriced and they will be happy to take your $ on the spot. Make sure your are ready to sign on the dotted line if you do use them!
I was first contacted by Cindy Wells, my design consultant. She was very good at explaining the process, the paint options and the financing options. Cindy was good to ask about personal preference as to when the work would be completed.
There was a small problem of too much work and not enough crews but Cindy worked to find an awesome crew. Steven Messamer and his crew completed the work, despite rain daily, in a very timely manner and done very well. I am very pleased with results and was happy to work with these terrific people.
