Went there today to pay my Dad's water bill. Had to change mailing address as well. Very nice people.
They are very rude over the phone & state you are, arguing with them. I asked a question, she on the other end could not answer. Her response was, "Sir you are being rude % disrespectful'. I stated all I am asking for is an answer. This is over a letter about my Meyer being changed out. I received a letter to correct two things they said were done wrong. The corrections were done. When I called them to inform them the corrections were completed. Now they state I have to pay for a new meter.
No where in the letter they send stated that.
The letter stated they wanted to change the meter out & couldn't because my builder had ha4d plumbed into the meter.
They lie & contradict themselves.
Why can't they be honest & straight forward.
It sucks because I have no option but to use them. I will file a complaint with the state.
I pay my bills on time Yet this is the 3rd or 4th time my bill has been LOST in the mail Once again I'm being charged $15 LATE FEE for a bill I payed on time Due to policy they cannot wave the fee.hahaha. Now I have to pay it again and I was informed I can do it online with a service FEE.. They bend you over any chance they can The economy is tough enough with out companies like these taking advantage. They know they have a problem with their system So looks like it's on their end to fix it not pass it to the consumer
I'm new to Kaufman, and well, I must say that I have been TERRIFIED to speak to someone here because of the reviews, but it just goes to show that you have to experience things on your own. I took the risk and called and got Linda. When I tell you she was just as polite as could be. Even though I could not get what i wanted, i understood that it was not her fault and no need to take it out on her..she even took the time to explain to me how to avoid my situation in the future. I'm glad that I called today. Thanks, Linda!
Such Rude people. One of the many reasons I’m ready to get out of Kaufman.
