Nice mobel home park excellent customer service as well
The staff and maintenance are nice. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors
Out of the ones I saw today which was just a drive by and took some pictutes, I like this one.
Better than it was. But still needs improved
I have lived here all most 2 years when I have a issue it does get done I have not had to wait months for something to be fixed in a crunch I had to wait a while for a leak but it was fixed new roof and fixed all damage on inside. Some times it may take more than. Once to make a report to get done but things have all ways been fixed for me
Horrible service! Usually wait between 5 or 6 months for them to fix your problem and even then they just put a band-aid on it instead of actually fixing it And when they need you to fix a problem of theirs they give you 48 hours and then proceed to fine you By far the worst place I've ever lived
Mold in the trailers an maintaence men could be better
Nice neighbors, horrible landlady (only one in particularly that seems to lead the office)
'Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity, nothing exceeds the criticism made of the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well-warmed, and well-fed.'
Due to the fact the the price range of the homes here are particularly lower than the rest of the communities in the city, the people here are treated like uneducated vile creatures with no remorse, not from outsiders, from the landlord themselves. I see a young man getting turned away for help rudely because he locked himself out of his home. When maintenance is needed, it's your fault. I work remotely as a teacher and as a marketing specialist, so I see, I observe, I experience. They are people too, they cry when their loved ones die, they shiver when they're cold, their stomachs growl when they're hungry too.. so remember to be kind, as everything will always come back around.
