Wendy is the BEST property manager!
We had to quickly sell our home and move in order for my husband to attend flight school. With two small children and an 8 hour drive, coming to the area in advance to scope out a home wasn't an option (we had three months to sell our home and move!) Thank GOD we found a rental through this company. We made the rather scary decision to rent sight unseen, and we absolutely don't regret it. Not only is the home we're renting gorgeous and in great condition, the staff were so friendly and helpful to work with. We've had a couple of things that needed repair while we've lived here (the AC unit, for example - really important during these hot summers!) and a repairman has ALWAYS been out same-day - usually within an hour or two. I couldn't recommend a company more highly. Within the military community, it seems they are also the most highly spoken of with regard to rentals. I have other friends who rent from other companies in the area and they have had nothing but trouble.
Karen showed my husband and I several homes. Every single one of them were in terrible condition. Absolutely disgusting. There was urine and feces in the toilet at one of the homes shown to us. I was appalled. I could not believe she was showing me a home in that condition. Another home was covered with dead cockroaches. Ghetto, tacky, unreliable and clearly not attentive to their rental properties. Awful experience.
The most unprofessional real estate company in Enterprise. Agents are eager to list your house but won't work to sell it. It took them over a month to add photos to our MLS site. When they did, Most of the photos were on their side and not easy to view. Absolutely unprofessional. They are unwilling to take an extra minutes to help the clients out once they have your house listed. We were out of the area and had no contact with our agents for over 2 weeks. They said there was a showing and we would receive feedback, however we never had any information I'm what the potential buyers thought. After not receiving any contact for over 2 weeks, they told us we should probably reduce the price of our house. They did not provide an explanation just said we needed to reduce the price in order to sell it. This was almost $20,000 less than originally suggested by Dex. We simply asked for a pool signed to be added to our yard and that took over a month. When they finally added it, they put it on the back-side of the sign away from traffic driving into our neighborhood. Unless you have a very high listing on your price and agree to the full 6% commission, they really won't be willing to help sell your house. Like most real estate agents, they simply wait for the house to sell rather than trying to sell it. It is easy to see why team Linda Simmons is #1 in the enterprise area. When we sent an email to them terminating our contract we received no response yet they were quick to remove their sign from our yard. You are better-off selling your house on your own than using this company.

This company has screwed my mother-in-law over. They did not do a move out inspection with the renter. They did not make the renter pay the last months rent because the renter insists the security deposit would pay the rent. However, the repairs needed cost nearly the entire deposit, which left her with no rent. The customer service told us that they have no responsibility to resolve the issue because they no longer manage the house. Every attempt to speak with the senior property manager, the request is denied. The staff never returns calls, and are extremely rude to her. Do not use this company! Heed this, and the multiple other reviews!
My name is Nikki Davis and i am Fran Frendas first cousin (our mothers were sisters). Fran intentionally withheld the news of my mother's death (she was there) as well as excluding my name from the obituary ( I'm an only child) yet Francine included her own name. I can't even begin to describe the psychological damages she has caused me and my children. We never got to say goodbye to our "Nana" because of a grudge Francine held against me! Fran Frenda wasn't even in the will! I was. I don't think this is someone you can trust with something so personal and important as your home! Francine Frenda is a very unprofessional, dishonest agent. I wouldn't trust her to sell a cemetery plot, much less a house!
This company deserves no stars for their poor customer service, customer relations, and extremely poor representation of their clients' rental homes. Unfortunately, we are yet another military family that this company has raked through the mud. We had to make a quick decision regarding our current rental and it was the wrong one. We were unable to see the home in person prior to PCSing to Fort Rucker. When we first moved into our rental home, managed by Prestige, we opened the doors to find the most disgusting condition of home. Cockroaches littered the floors and window sills, every wall had multiple holes (big and small) or crayon drawings on it, and the cupboards and appliances had an awful film on them. We attempted to immediately contact the agency, but in what proved to be the norm, we were not contacted until 24-48 hours later. After 10-12 hours of cleaning between 4 adults, they offered to send someone out to clean the property. A little too late, and we are still unsure why the property wasn't inspected prior to our arrival. Our initial experience seemed to be consistent with this agency throughout the time of our renting. There was an ever-revolving door of property managers that we could never get a hold of and the front desk wouldn't allow us to have a number to reach them. Just in case you never have the pleasure of going in to the front desk, they have quite the "cordial" front office staff that greets you with a scowl and oozes sarcasm through every word. We battled through water damage and mold issues where the finger pointing wouldn't stop until we contacted a lawyer and quoted our rights. Now, it's time to move out and, somehow, no one can contact us to answer questions about the move out cleaning process. We are hoping they will waive the mandatory carpet cleaning or pay half due to the disgusting nature of it when we moved it. But I'm sure, in true form, and based upon the reviews on many sites, we will also be ripped off from a company that isn't worth a dime that it is paid. We will also be hiring a lawyer if the refund for the security deposit is not reflective of the condition of the home, as we will be leaving it in much better condition that it ever was in originially. I truly feel bad for the owner of our property as he must also have to deal with the poor business practices of Prestige. I would be completely embarrassed if I owned a home and trusted a company like this to manage it. If you are considering moving to Enterprise or renting your home in Enterprise, I urge you to consider all options other than this company. The hassle that you will go through with this company is not worth a minute of your time.

This company is horrible. We are a military family and did the TDY rental through them. They did not come over to go over a move in inspection we had to do it ourselves. I submitted a very through inspection. The place was so dirty there was food caked on the wall, the carpets had not been cleaned, the bathroom downstairs had toothpaste caked in the sink and the carpets had not been vacuumed. I noted everything on the paper. They asked me if they could have someone come clean. At this point I was so tired from driving and moving I declined. Wrong choice!!!! I emailed right before we left to make sure of what we would be responsible for as we were only there a month or so and she said to clean. We cleaned better then what it was when we got it and we just got a bill for 700.00. We moved moved out August 15 2014and I called a number of times to find out the status of our deposit. I was told it was on its way. Bull a bill was on its way. Why were we not told about the cleaning charge the number of times? I think they got sick of me calling and added a charge for everytime I called. I think we were unfairly treated and feel if we were not military we would not have been treated this way. I do not recommend you ever buy from them or rent from them. I am so disappointed. I will not pay the cleaning charge as it was not clean when we moved in. We cleaned up after ourselves and obviously their standards were not high as the place was nasty when we moved in. I hope that someone learns from my mistake.
