Had my hardwood floors cleaned and resealed but the shine lasted only about six months--if that long. Cost too much for such little return!

When my rug was picked up, they gave me a quote of $140.00 for the cleaning and providing a new pad. They did not bring the pad and tried to charge me 147.00 plus $119 for cleaning. Will not use them again. Got pad for $70 on overstock. Crooked.....

Really needed them to come the same day as when I called. They made it happen & did a wonderful job. Highly recommended. Little pricey but well worth it.

Wow what a fantastic job Roy Alsup did with my carpets! They look and smell brand new. I am more than happy with the work that was done. If you decide to use COIT - ask for Roy to be your technician. You will not be sorry!

coit ruined my rug!!!! i sent it out to them soft and fluffy but with a small stain on it. they delivered it stain free but feeling sticky all over, not soft and a residue was left on my hands after touching it. they agreed that it wasn't right. they tried cleaning it again but said it still wasn't the same as when they picked it up. it was ruined. and they said it was MY fault and refused to compensate me in any way. they still have my daughter's $600 rug and she has bare floors. they were jerks who ruined my rug!!!!

Travis is the best! Very knowledgable on how to increase the life of my upholstery. He knew so much about fabric it was crazy. Totally worth the price to have things done right! Highly recommend.
