Loved everything about our experience with Cohen Family Law!! I was facing 2 cases at the same time and I hired him for both. During the whole process, he and his team were always there for me with anything I needed. Mitch was always very honest and professional. He didn't try to sell me on anything or give me false hope. I always knew what I was up against and how to go about it the right way and we were successful in both cases. Emma always responded to me very promptly and Jordan walked me through papers that I didn't understand. I always felt very comfortable with them. My cases were complicated and one of them was appealed and Mitch walked me through that as well. In the end we got what we were looking for and I couldn't be more satisfied with the services that we received. If I ever have anything else come up, without hesitation, Mitch would be the one I would call!!

I hired Mr Cohen at a time when I was desperate for help getting my son away from his abusive Father. He was rude, condescending and never prepared for court. He never took time to prepare me for court. I would warn anyone to stay away from hiring him for assistance if any abuse is involved. He has no empathy or understanding of it. The only time he was responsive to me was when he was collecting my money. Please beware!

A great choice for Family Law needs, Mitch's team was responsive to my needs, they were available for questions throughout my process. Jordan stood out most of all, he was my point of contact when issues arise. The process was simple and quick, billing and updates were sent to me monthly, I recieved a refund of part of the retainer. If you are looking for a dedicated, loyal, and determined family law attorney, you have come to the right place. Mitchell Cohen has been my divorce and child custody attorney since 2000. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding Arizona's divorce and custody laws. He fought for and supported me every step of the way.
