Ilan is amazing! I'm not from Miami and I've never been happy with my color (promise I'm not high maintenance, just never what I wanted) but with him I simply said lighter and hoped to be a little less disappointed than every time I'd had my hair done but he knew exactly what he was doing. and finally for the 1st time in my life I was ecstatic with my new hair. Wish we took a before and after photo. I'll fly from Cayman to Miami for this because he's worth it. Brilliant.

I have been a customer for over 13 years. I found my stylist (Marlen) after looking for a good one for a long time. She is just amazing. I love her. My manicurist (Anna) is also amazing, the best. I trust them and come back to them all the time. When for some reason they are not available, I feel in great hands with the other salon's staff who are really good at what they do and treat me like family. This salon is expensive, for me at least, but I am a happy customer. :)

Probably the worst mani/ pedi I have ever had- cuticles are cut and sore on almost every finger and toe, to the point I am applying antiseptic ointment to try to heal.tools are not sterile, staff are average.

My hair is Simply I N C R E D I B L E!
I do my color, extensions, cut, nails, even wax! Everything there!
The good thing is that they have a store and I can buy everything for my hair and the price is very cheap! I love the professionals, they are very nice and respectful. The place is clean and sanitize.I RECOMEND !!!

I was at the mall waiting to head to the airport after vacation. My nail was ripped and I simply needed a small amount of nail glue. The woman at the salon front desk was terribly rude. I stood and waited on the side like she asked me to and after 5 minutes told me she couldn't help me because they were over booked and couldn't find the glue. that she was trying to help me but they don't do this kind of thing. Customer service was non existent.

Rubi is fantastic and he is doing a great job but the atmosphere in the salon is awful. Receptionists are always rude. Today was trying to make an appointment for haircut and the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed. Make an online reservation option and you'll definitely get more business.
