  The staff was cordial and the place was clean my visit to see someone and my call in advance went well! All my questions were answered.

  I have never in my life been treated so poorly as I have been by the 'staff' at this jail. No one should ever have to be subjected to the kind of attitudes on display by Cobb County's Finest. Disrespectful is not even a sufficient word to describe the way they treat people, and I've only been there to visit someone!
  
  No one, and I mean no one, here gives a rat's ass about you or the loved one you're coming to see, you will be treated just the same as the inmates and if you dare question them, you are threatened with being forbidden to visit again.
  
  These are people that WE pay with OUR tax dollars. If it were a private company running the jail, none of these people would be employed for more than a day. The fact that they get away with this on a daily basis is infuriating and unacceptable. They should ALL be fired and made to walk through the halls of the jail on their way out and be heckled by the prisoners. I wish all of the pain and misery and indifference that they inflict on people will one day come to roost in their lives and they will truly regret forgetting for so long that we are all human beings no matter what we've done.
  
  Oh, and I can guaran-damn-tee you that they don't walk into church on Sunday morning and treat people like this--and the same goes for the Cobb County cops as well. They should all be ashamed.

  My first time there to see my daughter and i was very impressed with the deputies at the check-in area and with the cleanliness of the visitation center. It was a wonderful experience to be able to visit in such a nice place

  they treated me great , my civil rights weren't violated , compared to down in fort lauderdale fl ,where i live. I was beat by the sergeant and three deputy's on duty in the changing room where legally there aren't any cameras allowed , and i didn't provoke it a deputy asked me to translate for another inmate at intake ,and told everyone to be quiet mid translation for the elderly gentleman's medication , Cobb county by far isnt a great place its jail but they respect your civil right and don't beat you like an animal , i also had a problem with of the of guards and he got in my grill , so did i to him and they ended up removing him from my floor . they dont have to be nice to you or your family but they do there job and treat you innocent until proven guilty!!! broward county can take notes from Cobb county GA!!!!!!!!!!

  Came in at 0500 to bail someone out. Lady sitting at window barely looked up. We had cash and were ready. She said "it will be awhile because of shift change." I said "how long?" She said "they need to get here then settle in."
  WTH is 'settle in?'
  Why couldn't she process this? She wasn't doing anything.
  I saw the new shift enter at 0535.
  Still waiting.....

  Horrible. Why do they take $7 each phone call from my credit card and on the website it says .12 cents per minute when they only give the inmate 30 mins to talk. I cant never talk to a live person on the phone about the situation. Bad service

  Poor wedding destination. Bride was seriously unhappy with the entire experience, especially the catering. On the plus side, the minimalistic decor was nice.

  They treat the families of the people who are incarcerated as if they're an inmate too. Their answer to EVERYTHING is "I don't know " they will literally roll their eyes at you for asking a simple question. Do not take it out on the community for you hating your job.

  This place is disgusting. They treat you like a piece of ****. Even if your there to visit someone they treat you like a criminal. Too many people work there that do absolutely nothing all day but sit there and collect a check.
