You are not able to pay towards principal on your loan. They will future date your due date instead. Every representative tells me that it is not a big deal and I am still paying down my loan. They do not understand that means I am still having to pay interest which is the whole reason I am making large payments.. so that I do not have to pay all the interest. disappointing I've had to explain that to multiple bank employees. One representative told me they took that feature away because it was too confusing for the customers. I was left with a "well at least your bill is not due for 8 months."

People are nice, but common sense seems to be a fleeting thing. Very slow too. Nobody has all day to spend in the bank or wants to come back multiple times because they aren't thorough. Paperwork wasn't ready when we arrived even though they were expecting us.

My fave of the coastal branches. I just wish coastal in general had more ATMs cause I hate using those phone machines.

Opened another account here and they were very helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and look forward to using the Credit Union more. It feels more like an old time bank.
