Great experience purchasing a bike recently from this family-owned business. Excellent customer service, good inventory selection, knowledgeable/friendly staff and fair prices. Definitely would recommend them for rentals and/or purchases!

This bike shop & the people who work there are AWESOME. My husband & I travel to Miramar Beach / Destin 1-2x a year. My husband has been a bike rider his entire life and brought his 20+ year old Trek bike with him this last trip (May 2017), only to discover that his tire was flat. We went to Coastal Cruisers to get the replacement tube because they were the only shop open on a Sunday. After talking extensively to the owner (husband & wife team, husband is a former pro rider), we ended up leaving the bike there to get new tires, new tubes, new grip tape, & a tune-up! The owner really knows his products & how to properly work on a bike. He also made us a fantastic deal on the repairs. My husband was so excited to get back on the bike after all the work was done. He now rides it once a week & it rides like it is brand new. We are so appreciative of the fantastic customer service that we received and Coastal Cruisers has a customer for life. We are headed back to Miramar Beach in the near future and are planning on heading back to the shop to look at some of the bikes for sale for me. It seems silly that our favorite bike shop is 7+ hours away from our home, but they are that good that we won't go anywhere else. Thanks so much, Coastal Cruisers! You are top notch!

We rented several scoot cars, 3 wheel scooters and a normal scooter. All ran great and were a blast. Guys that run the shop are awesome and made the rental easy. We will definitely rent from them again on our next trip to Destin.

We took my niece to the beach and she wanted to ride in the little car. So coastal cruisers worked it where we could all three enjoy the ride. The employees gave a nice safety review and suggestions on where to ride. We had a great time and appreciate the extra time they took with us to make sure we all three could enjoy the experience with a young one included.

Purchased 2 bikes with them today. They took the time to make sure they were the right bike for our needs. They were EXTREMELY kind and thankful for our business. They were so kind I never checked the price, I bought because of their customer service and assurance. Small things go a very long way!!! HIGHLY recommend doing business with them whether it be rentals or for purchase.

From the second my girlfriend and I walked in we knew we chose the right place. Shelby came out from the back and immediately welcomed us. She was extremely polite and made sure we were fully informed before we left with our Scoot car. Prices were fair in my opinion and the machines were well maintained. This was our first time here, and we'll definitely be returning. Also going to recommend this establishment to friends and family. Thanks for the great service!

Horrible customer service! We were told bikes were on the way for over three hours they never arrived business closed. We had five very disappointed kids. we had plans to use the bikes that evening and those plans were ruined. Rose sent an email saying they were overloaded but that was after all other companies were closed. We would've just rented with another company had she been honest. Disappointing start to our vacation I would recommend finding another rental company

We can't rave enough about this store - not only are the owners and employees knowledgeable, they have incredible personalities and made us feel valued from the second we walked into the store until we returned our bikes. They even helped us find a safe route to bike on and recommended a fun restaurant to stop at along the way. We will be renting from them again next time we're in Destin!

Excellent service. If you don't have a truck, they will load up your kayak/board/whatever you use and take it to the beach for you. My friend and I rented a double kayak for 4 hours. We were finished early, so we called and they were happy to pick it up before the scheduled time. I will definitely be going back in the future!

Rented a scooter, helmet included. Had a really good time. Staff are helpful, easygoing, courteous and knowledgeable. They always make sure your ride is safe and tuned before used. They also make sure all the necessary instructions are given. No hidden fees. Love it.

Above and beyond great service! John, Rose, and the Coastal Cruisers staff are extraordinarily amazing people! I had just returned from being overseas with the military and had no transportation in town. I was surprising my fiance on Valentine's day. Rose delivered my bicycle to me on 20min notice. Then the next day, one of the Coastal staff came and picked me up, loaded my baggage in their truck, and took me (with my bicycle and a free one for my fiance) to the hotel where I was surprising my fiance. These are some the nicest folks I have ever met! We had an incredible trip and toured around town on our beach cruisers. Thank you Rose!!!!
