Small skate park with basket ball courts.

Offers many amenities, picnic tables, bathrooms, water fountains, bike racks, air pumps, skate board area, and it abutts to Green belt walkway!

Cloud Park is commonly know as the Skate Park in Kingsport, TN. While it is a skate park, it's also an excellent picnic and walking park. Many times local people gather here to socialize or simply to take a break from a hectic day.
